We have had canes multiple times in the past but this time was horrible. It seems they changed the recipe and the meat was just disgusting. It was chewy and rubbery. The taste was off. I thought it might have been one piece, but every piece in the box combo and caniac combo was like this unfortunately. Will not be eating here again anytime soon.

Ya know I applied a while back. It’s funny cuz when I was asked my name, then I put in application. It’s like were intentionally trying not hire me a while ago which is really pretty cruel for no valid reason. Definitely feels that way.

Service was fast, and the atmosphere was loud. The odd music was a distraction from the conversation at the table. Chicken was hot and fresh but bland. The chicken needs more seasoning. The fries were bland and not seasoned either. The Cane's sauce?? I can take it or leave it but wouldn't chase it.
