This place could really use some adult supervision. Today’s staff was comprised of teens and young adults, none of which seemed to prioritize customer service. When I arrived I was one of maybe 6 customers in the place and most were near finished with their meals. I was greeted and had my order taken in a timely manner, but that was the end of any service I received during my visit. My drink was brought to me about 3/4 full in an already small glass. I happened to be particularly thirsty so it didn’t last long. My waitress brought my food to my table and bolted never asked me if I needed anything. As a matter of fact after she took my order she never said another word to me or anything. I made a few attempts to get her attention to ask for a drink but she never got close to my table again until she brought me the check and she still said nothing to me and reached over my empty drink while I was still eating to put the check in front of me. I took the check and stood at the register for around 5 minutes before anyone came to take my money. It was somewhat busy but busy was not the issue. Lack of customer service mindset was

I went there today and got the 4 topping chili, and my wife got a hotdog and the Mac and cheese. We asked how big the hot dog is and we're told it's a normal size hotdog. When we got home we found the hotdog is 2/3rd of a normal hotdog. The picture shows just how small it is even has a tiny bun. The chili and Mac and cheese also wasn't great. I definitely won't be going back

Stopped in for lunch. Food was great and service was excellent. Had a bowl of chili and tried the new chili dip. Both were good. Definitely one of the cheeper places to eat. Bill was about $15. This location has a really extravagant interior compared to other locations. Nice tables and large TVs playing football games. Also plenty of parking.

After trying Skyline as an out of towner my experience was excellent all because of the quality of service that Stephanie provided. She was a wonderful host/server and I will be recommending this establishment to anyone visiting.
I love this place. Very unique flavor. Always go here when there is one close while traveling.

I called in a to-go order on the 13th of September by the time I got there to go order wasn't even ready. The reason I called it in is because I wanted to food prepared by the time I got there because I deliver medical labs and pharmacies and I have a certain amount of time to get things there. For whatever reason I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes which I shouldn't have because I called ahead of time
