Called, ordered for delivery, used a card to pay. They called and said the delivery driver had been in a wreck, said they were going to refund the money. Turns out they never charged the card or took the order. Every time we call, the guy is rude. No more. I'm done with Snappy.

Low key was a terrible experience trying to order, there an old man who answered the phone who sounded so miserable and said they stop delivering after 10 PM an hour before they close lmaoo would rather chew off my own leg then eat

Wonderful experience! We showed up 15 minutes before opening and was greeted by nice manager who took our order and was very polite. We ordered 2 beasts pizzas for our family who Vistied us days ago and was leaving today. So we thought about getting the best pizza in town! Love this place bc every time we go there it's always a wonderful experience.

We ordered 2 pizzas the 1st was all meat and the 2nd one was everything . My husband is now sick cause he was food poisoned. So I called them and told them he was sick and we wanted a refund, they said “ No there’s nothing we can do .” So if I was you “ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !” This place is sad and pathetic . We will be calling the Health Department tomorrow !
We have never had a problem with their food from here before….not the case anymore. We called because we were told our food would be delivered 30-40 mins from when we ordered. We waited an hour before calling. “Oh it just left.” We only live 5 mins away-10 max with traffic. It took another 30 mins to receive our food. It was cold, bread sticks weren’t made right and we were missing our sauces that we ordered. Called and was told they put a pizza credit on our account as well as for the breadsticks and sauces. We called tonight to get the replacement order and instead of doing what they said, they gave us a 10$ credit….Jerry Cable was rude and hung up on us. This place has really went downhill with the new people.

The absolute best pizza in Richmond hands down. Not greesy, or floppy. The definition of what a perfect pizza should be. I do hope all the other pizza places aspire to be something close to what snappy tomato pizza offers, however I don't believe even then they would come close.

The second raspberry pizza dessert that was delivered, after receiving the first that didn’t reven have the raspberry on it. I have worked for Snappys and this is absolutely not satisfaction!! I personally know the President of the company and worked with him first hand. The caller of Snappys didn’t even care, like I was lieing.
