went at 11:00 at night trying to order dinner for me and my boyfriend and she was incredibly rude and didn’t even let me finish my order. just gave me a price and told me to pull up and i tried to tell her that i wasn’t done and i was ignored.

I order on the app then go pick it up in a stall... They don't have drive-thru option on their app yet which I don't understand....... But anyway the place is really expensive without the deals you get on their app...... It's more expensive than McDonald's or Wendy's but with the app you can get really good deals

Where are the car hops on roller skates I used to see here? Without those this place is not worth the hassle to try and perfectly place your vehicle in these tight windows. If you are a pro, you don't have to take your seat belt off and open the door to hit the button to order. I've not mastered that task just yet. Overall the food is good, but takes forever to arrive. Prices are decent on most items, and still the best slush around! Plan on spending $20-$25 for 2 people.

I went thru the drive thru and when I got home---15 miles out of town...there was no hotdog in the footlong bun-just cheese and mustard. Tried to call, no answer! $24 for nothing!

They get my order wrong far to often. Even when I try to confirm they have it right. They will still get it wrong and it's a simple order.

You have to pay for the sauce that's named after the fries now? Even though the app says its included. That's just way too greedy on top of the already high prices. I won't be back.
Update: ordered a diet drink and also didnt get diet. What a waste 😠

I believe that this location needs to come up with a standard procedure for refills. I have been frequenting this establishment for a long time now and regularly (every other day, if not every day) buy drinks at full price without using the app where I know I could get half off. I feel better about paying full price so that a member of the team does not have to come all the way out to my car to deliver my drink since the policy for mobile orders is to pick up your mobile order in a stall.

I had never once asked for a refill in the drive-thru until the other day. That day I asked if I was allowed to get a refill because I had been there a few hours earlier. I was told yes, received my refill, and went along.

Today I come back and asked for a refill for only the second time in the entire time I've been frequenting this Sonic. Then I was told that it is not possible to get a refill if it's been longer than an hour. I explained that it is not been a full hour as I had last been there at 4:32, I left the parking lot at 4:36, and it was currently 5:29. I had left long enough to give a friend a ride across town, take them home, and come back. Far less time than the other day when I asked for a refill for the first time. Even though I explained it had been under an hour and I fit the requirement according to the policy I was told at the drive thru speaker box, I was still denied being able to get a drink refill.

I came up to the window and explained that it had been under an hour since I was there and asked if it was possible again to get a refill. I was then told by the same person that they don't do refills if it's been more than 30 minutes and you left the premises. They changed the goal post on me. After realizing that I was never going to get a refill even though I fit the criteria to receive one according to what she told me at the speaker box, I decided to leave and no longer spend my money here.

I say all of this to say that I will not be back to this location until a policy can actually be created and standardized across the board. It seems like staff can pick and choose who they will give a refill to which feels discriminatory as a business practice. And they can change the rules on you at the drop of a hat. I would be far less upset if I was just told from the beginning that you don't do refills in the drive-thru at all.
