Hubby and I visited our Sonny's family in Nicholasville today! Food was absolutely ? delicious! If you haven't had the wings they are to die for!! The best staff, that treat us with much love!! Come and see Jordan and Abagayle!!
Today I decided to give Sonny's another chance; after my last time eating there, was much the same as today's. I went inside to place a to go order. I had to go find someone, as Noone was paying any attention to the front/register area. Placed my order finally ( 2 sampler plates ) sat down to wait. The waitresses spent more time talking than waiting on their tables. One of them was making jokes about her table, and how dirty the kids were. Food comes out, far quicker than it should if fresh, and I check through it. The 3 ribs was about the size of a little chicken strip. The other meat portions were no bigger. All of the food was barely room temp. Ask for money back and manager was rude. Restrooms were nasty also. Not worth even trying

The place is falling apart the food is subpar and over priced and thier military discount isn't accurate. A 23 dollar bill the discount should be more than .87 cents since it states its a 10% discount. We will not be going back after eating there weekly for over a decade. Pro $1.59 draft beer.Kid-friendliness: They have decent options on the kids menu also get crayons and activities on the kids menu.

Well we've never had a bad meal but it all showed up cold and half of my pulled pork I couldn't eat because it was so tough and just gristle. One of our only three places we eat at in town. Just not a fan of Richmond ? We're ready to move!!
