I have been to many Steak & Shake throughout many states and hands down this was the cleanest, most friendly one I have ever been in. My husband made the comment if we lived here I would be coming to eat here all the time. The assistant manager, Damaria Bell was so friendly with a beautiful smile that was constantly on her face. She never stopped the whole time we ate taking orders, greetings customers, cleaning, and talking to us customers. Next time we are down this way, we will certainly stop by.

This is actually the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. The people working seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs, and we were checked on several times in the 30 mins we were there, even though you can get everything yourself and order through a kiosk. Impressed with their service!

First visit, so I'm not sure if I have a fair opinion. The hamburger looked big on the pictures. Double meat steak burger with cheese. Burger was not large at all. Both patties were very thin. I never eat hamburgers with ketchup, but that's only sauce offered on it. The place was clean service was pleasant and quick.

To be honest, I'm so surprised this place isn't the most popular place to eat in the area. Every time I go here the service is great and the food is great. Hopefully beef tallow will be used for all cooking soon and that will attract the healthier group of fast foodies.

My husband and I recently visited this location for lunch and it was delicious! Great atmosphere! We will definitely be back. We loved their burgers and I’m not sure what was bigger the milkshake or my smile! 10/10 recommend this location!

Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a good atmosphere to sit down with friends and family in over some fresh HQ ingredients, this is the place to do it. I've been to a few of the other locations in KY and this one by far has the friendliest staff and freshest food. 10 Stars!!!!!

What staff?? Zero greeting from anyone. Placed my own order on a kiosk. Of course it wasn't made how I wanted it. Couldn't get my drink. Had to scan a ticket. Machine kept turning off so I couldn't fill it. Then, when I finally asked a staff member what was going on, they said I had to wait like five minutes or so to use it again. Couldn't even get my drink refilled. There was like three people in there at one o'clock in the afternoon. Time to bring back some employees or Steak and Shake won't be around much longer. And that's sad, I really love Steak and Shake.
