On two separate visits, my husband and I both had negative encounters with the same employee. She was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and when we politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly irritated and rude. In my case, I had placed the order online, yet she kept asking questions I couldn’t make sense of. Her tone and facial expressions made it clear she was frustrated with me—even though I was the one trying to be patient and respectful.

My husband had a similar issue. She asked him a question about his sandwich, and when he couldn’t understand what she was saying, she got so rude she nearly yelled at him.

I even reached out to corporate afterward, but never received a response—which just adds to the disappointment. We’ve since decided not to return. Communication is key in any customer-facing job, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here

Avoid this place! They over charged us for our food. The staff is very rude and unhelpful.

We ordered 4 combos but instead they charged us a la carte for everything, which cost a lot more than it should have. We told them about the issue but they were unwilling to fix it and charge us correctly.

I am an immigrant and my English is not perfect, I embrace diversity and of course I respect other people's culture but the employes don't speak English fluently and they have a rude attitude, I know it should be hard for them but the customer service here is veeeery poor.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! TERRIBLE customer service, doesn't ubderstand even basic english. Made a lady cry because her card declined, yelled at her, when I asked a question right after about a sub I got a masty attitude. Would NEVER SUGGEST GOING HERE! Been reported tp corporate!

This place is a joke, placed an online order and got the sandwich wrong. I only get an hour lunch one I got back to my office I noticed the sandwich was wrong I tried to call since 1. No answer called again at 5 just to get told sorry no refund and then hang up on me. I asked for a manager and the lady said oh no sorry not here and hung up again. Will not be back

They do not answer the phone here. I've been calling for actual days to try and get refunded for an order I didn't place, but I can't get ahold of anyone. When I did go in, the employees struggled to understand my request before telling me they can't help me with that here. I've been going in circles

As someone who has only worked in customer service and is food safe certified, I can honestly say that this place is awful. Rude employees, they talk in a different language to each other when taking your order (particularly if you ask them to add more of an item to your sandwich) so it it feels like it’s about you. When we asked for our table to be wiped down, they gave us two napkins instead of sanitizing it. If there’s a closer subway or even a further one, go there.

It is one of our great treasures that America is a country full of diversity, wherein people from all over can come and put out a shingle and give it a go. That is awesome. However, when the employee and I can literally not speak to one another beyond just the very very most basic understanding, that becomes extremely unhelpful and frustrating for both parties. This is a Subway that, unfortunately, does not always staff itself with fluent enough English speakers to make the experience anything but, frankly, maddening. Communication is such a vital part of any business, it's irresponsible and disrespectful to both the employee in over their head, and the patron being unmet.

I live in the area so I frequent this Subway location. I’d say mobile orders are hit or miss. More often than not I discover my footlong has no cheese on it when I get back home, despite my order of 2x cheese. Also sometimes it’s toasted and sometimes not, even though I order toasted. If you don’t mind waiting in line and ordering in person so you can watch/instruct them on your order as they make it I’d say it’s probably pretty good, but they don’t do a great job on mobile orders.
