It is one of our great treasures that America is a country full of diversity, wherein people from all over can come and put out a shingle and give it a go. That is awesome. However, when the employee and I can literally not speak to one another beyond just the very very most basic understanding, that becomes extremely unhelpful and frustrating for both parties. This is a Subway that, unfortunately, does not always staff itself with fluent enough English speakers to make the experience anything but, frankly, maddening. Communication is such a vital part of any business, it's irresponsible and disrespectful to both the employee in over their head, and the patron being unmet.

I live in the area so I frequent this Subway location. I’d say mobile orders are hit or miss. More often than not I discover my footlong has no cheese on it when I get back home, despite my order of 2x cheese. Also sometimes it’s toasted and sometimes not, even though I order toasted. If you don’t mind waiting in line and ordering in person so you can watch/instruct them on your order as they make it I’d say it’s probably pretty good, but they don’t do a great job on mobile orders.

Placed online order and asked my wife to pick it up, when I got home I noticed there was a foot long cookie missing and when I tried to call, the phone number in the receipt is disconnected and the on line phone number no body answered and then I was apparently blocked. Avoid this location, go to any other place but here

The sub had gaps where there was no meat. I bought a foot long and the meat portion was what a 6inch would have had. I Will not go back to that location again.

Got my order quickly and made as asked. Idk if subway has changed the Chipotle recently, but it was noticeably weaker and kind of watery in comparison to the last time I had it. Even with extra sauce, I could hardly taste it. Regardless, it was a good sandwich. Just sad that one sub and a tip was almost $15, with no extra meat/add ons, chips or drink. Just the sandwich. Pricey, so it's a every once in awhile treat.

Just picked up a mobile order and it was quickly made so that I do appreciate. However, the bread is hard as a rock and they barely put any mayo or vinegar which I asked for extra of.

I went into the store and ordered a foot long combo and they added a 2.70 tip to the order without my knowledge After checking my receipt I tried to point out that there had been a mistake but there was a large language barrier. All the person could do was stare at me deer in headlights look and say “online tip”… I didn’t order online or add the tip… not happy to get up charged for an already overpriced meal. Not going to assume it was on purpose but still seems sketchy.

Came an hour before closing and all the food had already been put up. They still served me but didn't put much effort and could sense their annoyance. Sandwiches were just okay.

Very disorganized and in need of Subway training. Bread was molested and smashed/torn up during cutting. Wrong amount of toppings for subways standards. They wiped their knife off on the subway wrapper so our sandwiches had mayo/sweet onion sauce all over the outside of them. There was a communication barrier and some employees didn’t understand that I wanted 2 sandwiches instead of 1. The “Manager” was nice though.
