Great place to stop off 75. Clean lobby and restroom. Staff was friendly and helped these parents of two young children out by being kind and understanding of their craziness. Recommend for a quick pit stop off 75.

Stopped here for an early dinner. The people were very nice, everything was clean and they threw in an extra cookie for my kids because they were so excited about the cookies. They got everything made quickly and were very welcoming.

It's an okay Subway franchise but the amount of toppings varies from person to person making the sandwiches. I recently ordered a 12-in All-American and the girl only put three slices of cucumber across the sandwich. Sorry, that's only enough to cover a 6 in. People are paying good money so don't skimp on toppings.

Communication is key in running a good business!!! They look at you like your stupid when asking a question either can’t understand English or pretend not too 🤷♀️ then they talk to each other in there language..Very rude and disrespectful!

This place is so sketchy. This makes three bad experiences I’ve had here and two of them I was charged a tip and I didn’t even tip. The added tip amount on both of my orders was just $1.95. But I don’t care how much it is they shouldn’t have charged me extra when I didn’t even eat inside or tip! I come by on lunch and get me a 6 inch sub meal deal and I think they have been adding tips on purpose, but when I confronted them about it this time, she acts like she can’t understand me. There is a language barrier, but I felt like she did understand she was just avoiding that she added the tip.

On two separate visits, my husband and I both had negative encounters with the same employee. She was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and when we politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly irritated and rude. In my case, I had placed the order online, yet she kept asking questions I couldn’t make sense of. Her tone and facial expressions made it clear she was frustrated with me—even though I was the one trying to be patient and respectful.
My husband had a similar issue. She asked him a question about his sandwich, and when he couldn’t understand what she was saying, she got so rude she nearly yelled at him.
I even reached out to corporate afterward, but never received a response—which just adds to the disappointment. We’ve since decided not to return. Communication is key in any customer-facing job, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here
The short Indian woman that works there is very rude they will talk about you in there language as they are looking at you

Avoid this place! They over charged us for our food. The staff is very rude and unhelpful.
We ordered 4 combos but instead they charged us a la carte for everything, which cost a lot more than it should have. We told them about the issue but they were unwilling to fix it and charge us correctly.

I am an immigrant and my English is not perfect, I embrace diversity and of course I respect other people's culture but the employes don't speak English fluently and they have a rude attitude, I know it should be hard for them but the customer service here is veeeery poor.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! TERRIBLE customer service, doesn't ubderstand even basic english. Made a lady cry because her card declined, yelled at her, when I asked a question right after about a sub I got a masty attitude. Would NEVER SUGGEST GOING HERE! Been reported tp corporate!
This place is a joke, placed an online order and got the sandwich wrong. I only get an hour lunch one I got back to my office I noticed the sandwich was wrong I tried to call since 1. No answer called again at 5 just to get told sorry no refund and then hang up on me. I asked for a manager and the lady said oh no sorry not here and hung up again. Will not be back

They do not answer the phone here. I've been calling for actual days to try and get refunded for an order I didn't place, but I can't get ahold of anyone. When I did go in, the employees struggled to understand my request before telling me they can't help me with that here. I've been going in circles
