I placed an order online and accidentally ordered vegetables in my sub. I immediately called the store three times, and no one answered. When my kids came to pick up the order, they told the staff I didn't want vegetables in my sub. They called me , telling me I should have told them that beforehand, and they hung up on me. I understand it was my fault, but the staff member who called me was very rude to me and did not handle the situation well.

NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY & I LIVE ACROSS STREET FROM THEM. I WILL DRIVE AN HOUR TO ANOTHER SUBWAY BEFORE I EAT THERE AGAIN!
RUDEST, CHEAPEST PEOPLE EVER. I ORDERED NACHOES TO GO. AND THE LADY REFUSED TO PUT HARDLY ANY SPRINKLE CHEESE ON THEM. THEN I WANTED TO REMOVE THE JALAPENOS AND REPLACE WITH BANANA PEPPERS. THEY WERE RUDE AND REFUSED TO ALTER THE NACHOES....EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO CALL THE BOSS AND HAND PHONE TO ME!!!
THATS NOT FIRST TIME THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE AND CHEAP ON PUTTING ITEMS ON NACHOES OR SUBS.
NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Today was my first and last time ordering from this location. I ordered a foot long sub sandwich and requested extra tomatoes. I was told that this is not allowed, by the young lady that stood by and watched the young man with the beard make my sandwich. The young man placed four small slices of tomatoes on my foot long sub, and very little of the other veggies I requested. This is bad customer service and bad business, especially considering the prices charged.

Extremely rude female working yesterday. The man was also rude. They do not know what the sandwiches are supposed to have on them if you say I want an outlaw with everything that comes on it..she screamed at me and said “what cheese” I said the one that is in the description as I said I want it just as it comes. Incredibly rude ppl and this is the second experience I’ve had there and there will not be a 3rd.

They need better help. the boy with the beard doesn't know what he's doing. doesn't put no meat on the sandwiches and does it wrong. also needs to wear a hair net.

Several times we have found ourselves at this location bc the one on water street is just pathetic anymore. This place never disappoints us. It's clean. They don't try to shut down early or make your sandwich in the back bc they want to take the ingredients off the table 2 hours before closing. I will never darken water street subways door again now that we have this one.
Very nice workers. I come here on a regular basis, and they make good sandwiches. They are polite, well mannered, and also quick in my experiences coming here.

The employees do not understand English very well, so be prepared for that. They skimp on everything and their customer service is not good.

I started to eat here. When I walked up to the door, there is a man behind the counter sitting on the counter with his legs crossed feet on counter. Feet and butt on the counter... I didn't go inside.

It’s good to hear the male employee had a positive attitude, though! Hopefully, they take note of your feedback and make improvements on the customer service side. If you feel up to it, you could always share this feedback directly with the store or their management, so they know what to work on.
