Usually, I order from Taco Bell, but I’ve had two very different experiences there.

The first time I went, I asked for extra taco sauce. They only gave me 2-3 sauce packets, and when I asked for more, they said they could only give me 2-3 more. Other restaurants don’t seem to care about limiting sauce like that. The flavor of Taco Bell food really depends on the sauce, so without it, the experience isn’t the same.

The second time, I went at night around 10:10 PM, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had placed my order online and was just supposed to pick it up at the window. I didn’t need to go through the ordering process again, but when I got to the window, they told me to drive around and come back before they would give me my food. My order was already ready, but they still made me go through the drive-thru again before finally handing it to me. The night-shift manager and staff were extremely rude.

The next morning, I spoke to the morning shift manager about what happened, and they were very understanding. The morning staff had great customer service, but the night-shift employees and manager were the worst I’ve ever encountered at a Taco Bell.

This review is specifically for the night shift. I know how restaurants operate, and having employees like that is never good for business. It affects the entire shift and the overall customer service experience. The level of rudeness I encountered was unbelievable—something I’ve never experienced before at any Taco Bell. Management needs to address this issue because it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.

So my family and I stop at this Taco Bell on Lexington rd. After a track meet to grab a quick bite. About 10 pm we notice one of the employees locking lobby doors. No biggie. Right. Until she walked her ass over and said “ we closed the lobby it’s time to pack it up and leave.” We in all of my years I have never been told to leave a restaurant. (We will still eating.) I lost my shit. I won’t go in to details about what I said Then she said you want to speak to my manager. Oh yes please. I really do. Let’s just say that is the first and last time I ever eat at this location. I will be reaching out to district manager.

Not one to post negative reviews often, but Taco Bell has gone so downhill I think it's time.

Employees at this location have been good the few times I've been here over the past several years. No complaints with service.

However, Taco Bell is no longer a good value, no matter how you measure it. Their Luxe boxes are underwhelming, especially the $5 and $9 ones - neither gets you much food, and the "sliders" included in the $9 box are a joke. Tasteless and tiny. The $7 box looks like a somewhat decent deal, more like their old cravings boxes, but even then it's priced higher than they used to be.

Yes, everything is more expensive than it used to be - but this is Taco Bell. It's awful-quality food, dressed up in a way that (hopefully) makes it taste halfway decent. It needs to be cheaper than the better quality alternatives, otherwise whats the point?

Won't be returning any time soon, unless I catch wind of a better deal.

Worst experience, was denied to get my order taken bc they said they had 25 tacos to make and we were running up their drive time, this just happened at this location around 12:30 am, they called the cops and got criminal trespassing. She got mad because we recorded what she was telling us through the speaker, claiming she was a manager and would not even give a name.

Ordered from the app. I got two soft tacos and a bean burrito. They gave me two steak something tacos. I pawed all over them as I was driving thinking how they didn’t feel right but I couldn’t look because I was driving. Pulled into the parking lot next door, opened them up, managed to break the hard tacos as I was driving.
Went back to get my order fixed; they asked for the messed up order back and you could tell they were going to give that order to someone even though I had obviously pawed all over the food. Long wait time for both interactions.

Every time I crave Taco Bell I remind myself how unsanitary it is.

They made the order before I was done ordering and when I asked them to make a change to one of my burritos the manager literally just said no, because they had already made it…? So then I asked them to just take it off the order and the manager literally said no, because they already made it AGAIN lmfao…

They claim the system is down often usually 1 1/2 before closing and it never gets back up until opening time the next day. When you call for an update no answer (even though they have 0 customers) eventually they take the phone off the hook and gos to voicemail. 4/10 recommendations

If I could give a 0, I would. Sat in the drive through for nearly an hour. Workers were extremely rude. It wasn’t even busy they were just beyond slow and sucked at their job. Food was also cold and drinks melted.

20+ minute wait almost every time I go through the drive thru. What is taking so long? I work in food service, this is inexcusable. It'd be one thing if it was one bad night but this happens every time there are multiple cars in the drive thru. Tonight is just one of a number of times that I've had to leave the line because I was hungry and there was zero progress after 15 minutes. I've had made to order meals at sit down restaurants that got to me faster.

If you're willing to put up with waiting for an unreasonably long time the food is usually standard taco bell fare, if cold from sitting around so long. Only worth visiting if the line is empty.

2 stars for service cause the gentleman that gave my food was sweet. Lady that took my order and money obviously hates the fact she works mornings. Ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and was given a cold tortilla, barely any cheese or sauce. (Cheese was NOT melted even slightly) If you want lunch. Don't go in the morning even tho they've stopped breakfast and open at 9 for lunch. Usually a good experience here with the quesadillas ?
