Worst taco bell in the area. Takes forever. And when you get your food, it's marginal. Regional management needs to step in and fix this place. I would put 0 stars if I could. I know there are some good people there because I've chatted with them. Won't go to this location again. The fake 5 star reviews on here are a joke.

Brought the family to dine in this afternoon. Wasn't greeted by anybody, so the only way to order was at the self-service kiosks. It took 10 minutes to prepare. Fountain drink station needs to be fixed. The mix was off and the flavors weren't very flavorful. They weren't very fizzy or cold, either. Everything came out warm. I'd stick to drive thru since it was definitely where their focus was. Food was good when we got it, though.

I went through the drive through and they forgot part of the order that was for my child. So I went back inside and stood there for 15minutes waiting for someone to come to the register. I told the lady what had happened and she acknowledged and walked off. After waiting another 10 minutes another person asked and again I told them, and once they went ahead and were going to start I asked if I could just bring the food back in and get my money back. They agreed and I brought the food back in, inserted the card when told. The next morning when checking my bank I noticed I was charged again rather than the money being put back into the card. Called and was asked to come by the store, after showing the charges I was asked to come back after getting a bank statement. Totally unacceptable, $90 in the hole plus combined time of over hour and half to leave without food or a resolution.

Terrible experience. Ordered delivery for 7 people, spent $80 bucks, they shorted us 7 large items like burritos, combo meals, etc. So we got like $40 worth of food. I got ready and went there within 36 min of drop off to my house to get the remaining food and even said I understand it gets busy, etc. I just needed the missing food to feed the children in my party, and they refused me, saying I needed to get a refund through DoorDash. He sent a poor soul over to tell me they would not give me my missing food, and he felt so bad. The supervisor on duty was a coward and refused to speak to me, though I could hear him trashing me from the food line. I was crying. I have the money to get more food for my family, but most in my position wouldn't have been able to. Shame on you. Do better. I live within 6 miles of this place and will never go again. I would advise to never order through here for delivery of any kind unless it is a small meal. You might get lucky and get ehat you ordered.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered the Supreme Lux Box with extra meat and asked to remove all lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. My wife ordered the same meal with no changes. When we got home, I opened my box and it was not customized like we had ordered. I ended up having to make pizza rolls just to eat dinner.

Tried calling the store multiple times to speak with a manager, but couldn’t reach anyone. For the price and effort put into customizing the order, this was a total letdown. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

worst taco bell in kentucky. i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order. this would have been fine if friendly customer service made up for it, but there was nothing but attitude. my order was messed up so i went inside where the girl looked at me like i was crazy and someone in the back told me to go through the drive thru for ONE TACO that they messed up. i finally got my taco after saying i am not waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for something they screwed up. when i got home, i found out an item was made with the wrong meat. many people in the building had messed up orders or were waiting to complain to a manager who was nowhere in sight. i go to this taco bell for convenience since it is near where i live, and they are always rude, slow, inefficient, and unapologetic for mess ups and long waits. after this, i will not come here again. if u want to wait 20+ mins for ur food that will definitely come out wrong, i recommend this location!

Tables were disgusting. Had to clean them off myself. Asked for light lettuce was more lettuce than anything else. No chicken on my chicken quesadilla. Got nacho fries.they were old. Hardly any fris. No cheese. Ice machine was broke. Had to ask at the counter. Customer service was horrible.
