This specific waffle house is my go to waffle house over the rest, the cook is great food is always done in timely manner and the way I ask for it. The waitress Beatrice was great always asking if everything is good and if I needed anything even she was busy. There is a few shady poeple that have came in there but none that SHOULD be causing issues, 10/10 all day everyday

I’ve been to this Waffle House a few times and every time everyone who works there are friendly and easy to converse with. When I do go there I typically request Beatrice because she goes above and beyond in her job. I’ve seen her clean, cook, serve etc and still give wonderful service. Every time I come here with my young daughter she makes sure she cooks it and serves it to perfection. My daughter always requests this specific Waffle House because of her and we live in Lexington! This to me says a lot about her as a person and her work ethic because my daughter doesn’t take to people so easily like she does Beatrice. She always ensures all the other customers are taken care of too and I’ve seen so many repeat customers there for her specifically. Even one older repeat gentlemen talked about how he went to her son’s school for Veterans Day. I’ve also seen her be friends with a couple of special needs people that come in there with their parents. Some people would scoff at them but, she’s always the first to greet them. Some of them don’t have many friends and she makes sure they feel no different than anyone else and she even goes above and beyond in her off hours to even go bowling and hang out with them. They talk about it a lot when in there. She definitely makes sure it’s a family friendly environment. So if you haven’t heard already request her specifically because she will make you, your family no matter the circumstances to make it the best experience while you’re there with no complaints even when your kids requests different things.

Beatrice was my server, extremely sweet and knew every question I asked her. Cooks was great but there was a creepy guy that I thought worked there because he had on a waffle house hat. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was trying to sell me things from his storage building. I hope they can get rid of this solicitor soon

The bread was burnt the only cooked parts of the hash browns were the brown parts. The sweet tea is good. It’s more expensive than First Watch just without the quality. The staff were really nice.

Ordered Steak and Eggs Christmas Morning. The Steak arrived very late , which by that time I had to eat the eggs , etc as they were getting cold.When it did finally get to my table, it was Raw , not Rare , but Raw lol .I had finished everything else anyway and was prepared to eat the steak as well , as not really full .When You order Steak and eggs, you'd expect to get both at the same to compliment each other , not 20 min later and surly not Raw , when ordered Medium!! I simply asked and it was taken off bill . No other offer of their poor service and cooking to make up for ruining my Breakfast . Clown ? ? is cooking , Folks !!! Clown ? is manager for hiring and keeping cook !!!
