Cleanest waffle house I've ever visited (even the bathrooms). The food was amazing as usual and our servers were incredibly kind.

Aasper could not take my To-Go order apparently and then laughed with co workers when I sat down to GET said service. Then was basically treated like a nobody for the next 10 mins waiting on “I was told” the only person that can do To-Go orders (Sheana). Then another 45 mins standing waiting for my food, While every other worker ran around doing nothing…. I was told I had to wait on a line of food coming but 2 other dine in came while I was waiting and finished there meals and had there food in minutes. It’s truly a shame 8:16am I arrived and didn’t leave until 9:23am. Forgot my drinks and literally made me wait another 10 mins because I brought the missing items up before leaving, you can still see my cups in photo!!! And multiple workers just laughing and standing around . Then have the nerve to charge a service charge and ToGo fee, for that kind of “service” ??? I am in no way a disrespectful person nor do I not understand rush times etc, but the only 3 people trying were the cook, the younger lady and the one doing the dishes..

Got food to go. Sat down while we waited and saw that the prices on the dine in menu were around 50 cents to $1 cheaper than the to go menu. That on top of the 20% service charge fee for to go orders was sneaky and disappointing to say the very least. They got our order wrong to top it all off too. Won't be coming back and will definitely never be getting to go again. Also, the toast was soggy and still just uncooked bread on one side :|

The staff does not care about their place: there are dirty plates in the hall, untidy hair, the dishes look terrible, as if they have never been washed, despite the fact that there are not many people and it is quite easy to cope with this, I had to wait a long time for my order to be brought to me, the employee was just sitting next to me and talking on the phone. Only an old man was running around the hall and trying to do something (respect to him), young people were just hanging out and not working, the food was very fatty, the whole bottom was covered in oil. It's a pretty sad impression, I'm definitely not coming back here, I'd rather eat a sandwich at a gas station.( ´⊇｀)

Used to be a great place to go- especially late at night when everything else was closed. Went on 1/5/25 only to find out they no longer take dine in customers on the weekends.. according to the rent-a-cop who was pretty impolite herself. Do not recommend this Waffle House location anymore. The Cook Out next door got my business instead.
What the hell has happened to Waffle House…Can’t even go in anymore and have to order at a window with a cop standing there..

Came in on 11/13/24 around 3:30 AM. The server was very kind and attentive. Such a sweet lady. She made me feel right at home. My All-Star breakfast was cooked to absolute perfection. It’s always a treat coming to this location to dine in and have a delicious meal.

Husband loves waffle House so we stop there is often as we can traveling on road trips. This particular waffle House was super clean, great staff and long tenured staff. They were all very proud of their jobs and they should be.
