Food is cold and nasty. The nuggets were hard old tasting like they had been reheated. The lady working was too busy flirting with men instead of taking orders and making sure they were right. Saw an employee go out side and use drugs then put hat back on and right back to work. Do not eat here. Go to the one on Keeneland in richmond it's way better food, service and definitely a cleaner facility.

The cashiers charge you for things you didn't order that cist more, the food was cold and the cheese was not even melted. Both wendys in this town have really went down hill but with all the faults Keeneland is better than this location.

went through drive through ordered a specially made burger & other stuff, service was fast & i was on my way in a few minutes.
The food was okay. I wanted to try the new pumpkin spice frosty. I thought it tasted kind of like melted candle and perfume. My fiancé, however, really liked it.My one-star review comes down to the guy working the front counter. He didn’t seem happy to be working the day I visited. He wasn’t even trying to sound nice to anyone. I felt bad for anyone going through the line. Kind of bums you out after talking to him.
