Wendy's I was so looking forward to a bacon filled son of baconator like all the photos show. I barely got 2 slices. At least the food was hot and the lady at the window was nice. You dont have to be skimpy on the bacon tho next time.

Went through drive thru last night and they gave us opened utinsils ... and got the order wrong... I don't give out 1 stars ever this maybe the first but open utinsils for a baked potato missing the fork is a big no we didn't eat any of the food and were in the next town over before we noticed.

Giving the food 3 stars because it looks amazing, despite the fact that I won't eat it. I ordered no onions. I was like ok people make mistakes it's ok. So I was just going to eat the baked potato. I grabbed the utensils to find I was given a butter knife. That's it. Nothing else. It was open and small bits of food on it. Thanks Wendy's you're the best.

They told me they don't have ala cart menu for beef patties. I have never been to a wendys that didn't. They said I had to be charged for a regular burger, which is double the price of buying single patties.

Brandon took our order and he did a great job. He was very friendly and took his time to explain some of the menu items to make sure we got what he wanted. I really appreciate Brandon being so friendly and helpful. The food didn’t disappoint. Wendy’s continues to be excellent with their food quality.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast to pick-up via drive thru on my way to work. Arrived at 8:45 a.m and there was only on car ahead of me it took nearly 6 minutes for the person taking orders to acknowledge the customer in front of me was even there. As soon as she spoke it wasn't to ask what they'd like to order it was, "I'll be with you in a moment " after another 5-7mins she finally asks for the ladies order but midway cuts the lady off and says to hold on for another min so ,since I had already placed and payed for and I was getting really close to being late for work, I decided to park and walk inside to try and calmly get my order. When I get inside there were at least 6 employees that I could see working but there were also 4 customers at the counter that had also ordered online and 2 waiting to order in line and 3 drive thru customers that they'd parked after paying for their orders because they were waiting on an item or two but none of the employees even acknowledged any of the customers at the counter and just all seemed to be leisurely grabbing a snack from the kitchen at home or something. Definitely not behaving in a manner fitting the customer and food service workplace. I waited another 5 to 8 mins in line and since none of the employees even looked at all the customers standing there I just left and went to work without my breakfast. I'm completely understanding and sympathetic to the demands and obstacles that fast food jobs place on the employees. I myself have worked my fair share of them in my 20's and 30's. And I understand that its hard to schedule the right number of employees and not know how busy it'll get but this was by far the most disappointing Wendy's I've visited by far. None of them working together as part of a team and there wasn't a big long line or rush that was overwhelming to cause such poor long wait times. I canceled my order. It was ridiculous.
