In the last month, I’ve ordered a mobile pick up on three separate occasions and on all three occasions I’ve been pulled to a parking spot to wait. What’s the convenience of order ahead if I’m still parked waiting 10 minutes after ordering the order 20 minutes in advance?

Gave me an extra fry for waiting ⭐️ also threw some bbq nuggets in there, that’s customer care at its finest! Not only that but the staff was friendly, polite and didn’t shy away from helping the customer (us) meet our needs. Out of the few Wendy’s in Richmond this specific store is 👍🏼 5/5
