There is a red head lady that works here, and she does not know how to seal bags for door dash! Please train your people to seal bags like they are suppose to with the stickers they have!

Longest day of work ever dealing with snippy sarcastic people. I went to get dinner and the lady on the speaker was the same way. In the middle of my order I just said nevermind and went somewhere else. I didn’t even feel like trying.

The employees are great here. The food is the food. I really liked the chicken & waffle slider but it's a little too sweet to get more than one. The sliders are good as usual. One odd thing though is, the dining area smells like urine, so I won't be going back inside.
Store is very very dirty and needs updated. Workers were sketchy and appearance was bad. Food wasn't the best and while we were waiting we watched the guy with the long hair that was the manager making sandwiches and then going to take orders and handling money with the same gloves, wipe his nose and then go back to the grill making more sandwiches. Very unsanitary. Thankfully he didn't make our food. Worst White Castle we've ever been to.
