The food was just as I remember at White Castle, delicious as usual. The only problem I had was having to endure a little bratty kid running around the store like he owned it. Screaming to the ear drum piercing level of ringing. And his dad thought it was funny. This is why I don't agree with parents being allowed to eat inside a restaurant establishment and allowing their offspring to run rampant.

I haven't been near a White Castle for 20 years. My travels brought me near dozens. I was not disappointed! Fast, friendly experience. Great sliders.

This is the nastiest white castle i’ve ever been to. The bread was so soggy it looked like it was soaked in water before they gave them to me. it was not edible and i had to throw it all away. That’s just pitiful the employees would serve something like that.

Called the manager about my order of which she (went and checked the cameras) “for 4 seconds” of course! And basically called me a liar regarding the skimpy order I received with no toppings and very little portions of the sloppy joes.. I don’t appreciate being called a liar!!! especially when I was willing to bring the order back and she stated “no need” I see it all on the camera “for 4 seconds on hold” ?
