Got a to go order last night fries were bits and pieces and cold. Chicken cold and slaw about half order.

Had a mobile order for pickup through the drive through. Got there and was told to pull and and got forgot about. Waited half an hour before going inside to ask and then waited another half hour inside on food. Terrible service.

Update: the owner reached out and offered a solution to my issue, he was very understanding.

I was given the wrong order at the drive-through, I went in to get it fixed and they told me they would have it right out. It took almost an hour to get the food I had originally ordered, me going up to the counter to check on it, And them re-ringing it in and ordering it before I finally got my food. Very frustrating experience.

WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU LAST NIGHT AND THE GIRL WORKING IT WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! HERES THE DEAL, THEY NEED US! WE DON'T NEED THEM! I WON'T EVER BE GOING BACK! I'LL SPEND MY MONEY WHERE IT'S APPRECIATED!

Grilled chicken sandwich was great. Was there on Sunday as church was letting out and service was still quick.

As someone who is neutral to meat, and not a huge chicken eater - I only came here due to Abbey from FatheringAutism on YouTube frequently requesting Zaxby's with her communication device. Hands down, that girl has taste! This was the best quick service chicken I have EVER had! The sauce is awesome, we loved the lemon pepper rub, the toast - the cheese curds...And we were given a near TROUGH of ranch! Only problem is that there isn't any locations near me! Amazing, will for sure look out for these in future vacation planning!

I can not tell you how many times they have messed up a simple order. You never get what you order and $30plus for subpar food and poor service is not worth the trouble. How hard is it to put grilled chicken on a salad instead of fried????

The food was outstanding. However, they didn't get my order right, and I had to return to the counter twice to fix things. The staff acted like they didn't know how to handle a busy shift. They were very unorganized. Everyone ordering was waiting a long time for their food.

My last trip to Zaxby's was a disappointment. Too much batter on the chicken strips! For such high prices they need to do a better job.
