I can not tell you how many times they have messed up a simple order. You never get what you order and $30plus for subpar food and poor service is not worth the trouble. How hard is it to put grilled chicken on a salad instead of fried????

The food was outstanding. However, they didn't get my order right, and I had to return to the counter twice to fix things. The staff acted like they didn't know how to handle a busy shift. They were very unorganized. Everyone ordering was waiting a long time for their food.

My last trip to Zaxby's was a disappointment. Too much batter on the chicken strips! For such high prices they need to do a better job.

They halfway put lid on our milkshake causing it to flip in our car and go everywhere. Rude as they handed out food and didnt seem to care about the service we got. Love the food but this experience sucked.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Zaxby's, your fries are my favorite... but for the last few months when we visit it's hard to get that extra seasoning without having to drive back around the drive-thru and ask (again).

We eat here often, at least 2-3 times per month, and usually we ask for that extra seasoning because there is very little on the fries... We have had no seasoning on them at all quite a few times as well, including this time around...

It seems to only be a problem in the drive-thru or if you're having your food delivered via Door Dash. When we go inside the food is always perfect.

3 people eating all food was luke warm/cold had fried pickles they were cold and tasteless even the pop tastes off, roof was leaking in multiple places and food was sub par, prob the worst time I ever ate at Zaxby's and I don't know if I'll go back
