Came through the drive through around 5:30 on April 1st. Lexi was insanely kind and helpful , as well as the boy helping her in the drive though. I’m a regular and really appreciate the kindness!!Kid-friendliness: We love the free kids meals on Tuesdays!

Get that crackhead with the metal leg out of the kitchen. He came into the establishment high out of his mind raving about how “They arrested the Zaxbys”. This looks really poor on this locations workers and management. This sounds like a joke it’s not. We could hear him all the way from the dining room.

Okay, I'll be slightly exaggerating before you read any further. Zaxby's quite literally tore up my stomach, I threw most of it up but the rest that ACTUALLY got digested was hell. Not to mention the way in came to me, the sauce was everywhere but in one of the containers. The people were sweet, but their food was atrocious. I would not recommend them unless you like the feeling up your stomach getting tied into a fucking knot.

Seriously one of the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. The employees were rude and the food ice cold.
Loved all the Eastern Kentucky University decor and the food was good but the thing that soured the whole experience was that an employee had her daughters at the restaurant and they were harassing a girl with a service dog in the women's restroom saying it wasn't allowed. No apologies when I went to the front counter from the employee/parent and no correcting the children.Is this how we treat differently able-bodied people in our society? Is this true southern hospitality to discriminate?Parking: Lots of spaces open.
I came thru drive thru last night the girl was rude like my presence was bothering her and shoved the food out at me..I got 2 chicken tender platters and a funnel cake..there was no silverware and the funnel cake was hard as a rock. You couldn't even eat it. i just called and spoke to a manager and explained the situation to him and he just straight hung up on me..I will never be back!!!

Wings were not spicy again. And the options here in Kentucky are not the same as Florida. Where are the hottest wings at? Why are yall like this? Service was good though. Also my Zac club came on a bunch for some reason with absolutely nothing on it but sauce. In fl it comes on Texas toast with lettuce tomatoes a d a pickle. Very dissatisfied with the food.
