“Spur of the moment I stopped for my first visit. I asked if I could do the pumpkin brown butter sugar free. They didn’t have the brown butter in sugar free but she suggested sf hazelnut. This sweet girl was so patient with all of my questions and had great suggestions. My drink was sf pumpkin, sf salted caramel and oat milk iced. It was delicious. 10/10”

“Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. “Just stopped by after i got off work from down the road, ordered a cheesesteak and fries online only to realize i didn’t actually submit the order. luckily the staff at this location were super understanding and helpful and got me situated quickly. Then after i paid the gentleman handed me a coupon for all the confusion. Keep these people working at your store!! Great cheesesteak as well. definitely will be back”

“Donatos first timer tonight AMAZING PIZZA!! We got a serious meat and a hot chicken & italian garlic breadsticks the ham was flakey and moist on the Serious Meat. NEVER had that on a pizza. PERFECT!!! And the Hot Chicken was probably the best pizza i have had in my life!! Ran over from Ironton and it was still perfect getting home. Thank you thank you Thank you!!”

Had personal pan pizza. It was a pretty good pie. Crisp butter-garlic crust. Topping portions good. Fairly good sauce.

“The only thing I’m mad about is that I haven’t been here before! What a gem of a place, located right in the heart of thriving downtown Ashland! The interior is so comfortable, open, and inviting. They have a nice coffee bar (which I didn’t utilize this visit), a well-stocked freezer case with treats to take home, and of course the main counter. I and my friend were greeted warmly by a worker who was both knowledgeable and personable. She was patient and helped guide me into picking a perfect treat for myself. The frozen custard was delicious, and I love the wide variety of add-ins and toppings. Can’t wait for my next trip back to try…everything!”
