We ordered food to go in August 2025 (we have a dog!) GPS took us to a completely different location. I called the store asking for directions and talked with the owner. He gave us directions and told us if we couldn't find the store, he would come get us! That's pretty good service! Food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I showed up with my family who has visited here before and raved about it. We drove 40 minutes for dinner. The place was closed. No reason posted, just closed on a Friday night. This was my first and last time making the drive to come here.

This little off the beaten trail restaurant is the best. Home cooking and friendly service. The pepper jack chicken and meatloaf were delicious. Definitely be back again.

This is the first time I ever came into this restaurant. And I was very pleasantly surprised. I am happy to say that this was the most delicious patty melt.I have ever eaten in my entire life. The staff was very friendly and courteous. However, I did have to wait and Try To get my waitresses attention in order to get a to go container. Apparently, she was more interested in having a conversation with a local which is fine.That makes good customer service, but she should also be more observant to all of her customers at the same time.

Everyone was so nice and friendly, being from a big city, it was so strange. Even if you're not sure about that country ham everyone talks about, it's worth stopping for a piece of pie. I promise, you will walk out happier, even if you don't get pie.
