I showed up with my family who has visited here before and raved about it. We drove 40 minutes for dinner. The place was closed. No reason posted, just closed on a Friday night. This was my first and last time making the drive to come here.

This is the first time I ever came into this restaurant. And I was very pleasantly surprised. I am happy to say that this was the most delicious patty melt.I have ever eaten in my entire life. The staff was very friendly and courteous. However, I did have to wait and Try To get my waitresses attention in order to get a to go container. Apparently, she was more interested in having a conversation with a local which is fine.That makes good customer service, but she should also be more observant to all of her customers at the same time.

Everyone was so nice and friendly, being from a big city, it was so strange. Even if you're not sure about that country ham everyone talks about, it's worth stopping for a piece of pie. I promise, you will walk out happier, even if you don't get pie.

Good food good wait staff couldn’t ask for better I had beans and cornbread and hubby had a patty melt we were both happy with our food! It is a busy place but they get you right in and out !

Service is always great. He got hamburger steak, and I got a cheeseburger. Both were perfectly cooked and very tasty.
Best Catfish dinner we've had anywhere! Perfect coating perfectly fried! Baked potato, greens, white beans, and hush puppies were perfect. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back, again and again and again!

We had a wonderful meal here. Friday night fish fry was cooked perfect! Not a heavy batter. Sweet little hush puppies too. I had the jumbo shrimp also lightly battered and fried, I think I could get the also grilled! Choice of several sides, the Cole slaw was tasty! And do not leave without trying their desserts. We had coconut and pumpkin! Just so yummy! Can’t wait to try more?
