I ordered 2 of their Pretzel Crust with Cheese Sauce & Pepperoni and got two wish.com versions. They both had regular crust that had been salted. This order was doordashed. I called my store, and they told me unless I brought them back up to the store from my home there was nothing they could do. I can't and thats why it was doordashed to begin with. I let them know they had lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER go to Russell Springs Little Ceasars again. I recommend to not even waste your time and just buying a Shaqaroni from the Papa.

Pizza is good but I just wasted 20 minutes trying to order online and it would not go through. Even with different credit cards. Tried calling in, and the automated answer messed up before I could get to talk to someone. So I'm done, to much trouble for a stupid Pizza. So I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I walked into Little Caesars here in Russell Springs Kentucky placed an order for a thin crust very light sauce sausage pizza the lady said it would be 15 minutes I've been sitting here almost 45 minutes waiting on this pizza that they lost and the lady was real rude I told her I was going to make a run and I'll be right back and when I came back they don't know where my pizza is at .I've seen people get their Pizza way after I've come in still sitting here waiting and I still haven't gotten my pizza that I ordered

I could not decide if I wanted Arby's or if I wanted a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza. Pizza is my favorite food!So I decided on a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza. I get to the drive through. Absolutely no one is there. Female said "wait please"....I waited...and waited. Another care came up. I been there more than 5 minutes. Arbys wins! No pizza for me.

For some reason every time I pick up from here for my coworkers and I for lunch it makes several of us sick, not sure if it's food handling practices or not cooking the pizza long enough but we're gonna have to refrain from ordering from here for a while

I will say I do enjoy the pizza I get here don't always get what I want and a lot of times get parked and have to wait some time but my main reason for writing a review is that the employees need to learn to watch their mouths when they have customers at the window because we can hear you through the window when you respond to a coworker about how you keep having freaking people at the drive thru so unless you want to loose a pretty regular customer please have a talk with your younger employees about how they respond with their answers to coworkers with customers at the window
