I had a fantastic experience at El Guadalajara restaurant. Their salsa was excellent and added a burst of flavor to every dish. The special fajitas, prepared by the skilled cook, were a highlight—tender and full of flavor. The chicken chimichanga was delightful, and the portions were impressively generous. What stood out was the attentive service; the staff made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. Our first visit to here and we were thrilled !! We are eating plant based food for a few months and we’re so happy they had Vegetarian dishes! Lunch was busy, but staff were very attentive! I’d recommend you try it out!!

We are from Oregon. We have eaten at hundreds of Mexican restaurants there, here and in between. This by far was one of out best experiences. Everything from the basic chips and salsa, refried beans and rice to the meals we ordered, was excellent. Well above average. Service was great and food arrived beautifully piping hot. Really made our day! Thank you!
