They can not get a pizza out in time. 15-30 minutes longer than it should take. Employees are slow and incompetent. The key to good reviews and happy customers is simply care about their orders and their satisfaction.
we tried the new epic stuff crust tonight. so delicious! all the toppings ( the works) not to mention the chicken wings. customer service was good staff was very professional. The restaurant was clean and the prices very affordable.

Papa Johns is always my favorite pizza spot. Only gripe I have is when you say extra something I want extra and am willing to pay for it. I always say extra extra sausage and it's always the sparse regular amount. I even say "charge me for extra" but nope. Ha ha. Friendly staff and great taste.
