Nice people. The food is better than what I got in Campbellsville Kentucky. I’ll definitely be back.Parking: The parking lot is small but it works and it’s shared with other stores. I got in and out with a 250 Ram but it is somewhat small.

Orders a pizza an after we orderd an paid they call an say we had a 40 pizza order come in an it will be over an hour now after quoting us 15 min an was very rude an hung up on me I will be calling the manager an corporate an said it would be 7-10 days before I could get my mo way back would not recommend them to my worst

Papa Johns is always my favorite pizza spot. Only gripe I have is when you say extra something I want extra and am willing to pay for it. I always say extra extra sausage and it's always the sparse regular amount. I even say "charge me for extra" but nope. Ha ha. Friendly staff and great taste.

Waited almost an hour for an online order, even after I got there to pick it up. While an employee had an infant on the counter. All while making herself and baby daddy food, and left. Didn't bother helping the other 2 employees who couldn't stop talking.

Ordered 1 pizza, 2 orders of wings, and cookie over the app. I made the order at 2:30 to be ready by 4:30. The order was not ready until 5:30. The order I received was very poor quality. I order from Papa Johns a lot and this was easily the worst I have had from there. To top it off the customer service was very poor. I’m normally not one to post a bad review but this was a very disappointing experience.

They can not get a pizza out in time. 15-30 minutes longer than it should take. Employees are slow and incompetent. The key to good reviews and happy customers is simply care about their orders and their satisfaction.

Pathetic!!! The girl admittingly burns my pizza and says there's nothing she can do about it! No one in the restaurant, no one in the parking lot and she is too busy watching SVU and smoking out back to pay attention to the one order they received. Never going back until they get some actual help.
