This place has the best service in Russell Springs, after living years in Louisville and going to some of the “quicker” but way lower quality places in town. I have found a regular spot.
This location is very nice, roomy and kept clean. Every empty table was cleaned and the floors were clean as well. One employee was rude but they were very busy so I understand.
Went in there behind two young men and thought they were ordering in front of me but they weren't...... They were just talking to the girl who was supposed to be taking orders. She finally got to me and took my order and continue to talk to the boys. My hamburger came up but she didn't know it because she was busy talking. Then another worker came out and try to take those boys order trying to give them discounts or free food. I did not have a good experience
