“Great experience . Child friendly atmosphere . Only complaint is not enough sauce on the wings. Only half of my wings had sauce the other half were plain. When I told the waitress I would like for all my wings to have sauce she took my plate and came back 10 minutes later and still all my wings didn’t have sauce. I didn’t want to complain again because the rest of my family had already finished their food.“

“I have had maybe one issue here with a wrong order since they have opened. You can tell who the Karen's are on these reviews. They are the ones that order $50 worth of food in the drive through and then complain when one item is wrong. Not only that looks like a few of you had your Karen husband double up on the bad review.“

“So my better half had bought a coupon book from a KFC in another city, but they never told her it wasn't good until August 12th we went to the KFC in Russell springs and I presume it was one of the managers who is good enough to let us know that the coupons would not work until august, so we made our choice from the available menu and they gave us two complimentary drinks because of the confusion, this review is not based upon just the drinks and the understanding do restaurant was very clean the staff was very friendly, and made you feel like you were a wanted customer, the chicken we got was nice hot freshly made large enough pieces to say it's better than some other places that sell chicken the side dishes were fresh tasted good the biscuits look a little bit smaller than I remember but then again I'm getting older based upon my visit I would highly recommend this KFC I'm usually critical of places when I review if they suck but this location gets complete five star“
