“Food was prepared and presented nicely. Not only did it look good it was good. Everything was hot and just the way I would expect it to be from Arby's. Staff was polite and punctual with my order. This is definitely gonna be a place I repeat visit.“

“Clean store, friendly service, good food value. It was a little distracting a sweaty girl, barefoot at times, going into the kitchen area. The last time I believe she cooked her food, but did put on flip-flops. The fish sandwich did not have a sesame seed bun which we thought it was supposed to have. Overall a good visit and would recommend for a fast food stop.“
“I just started a job there so my opinion is going to be a bit biased but I want to try to keep as much bias out of this opinion as possible as a standalone business their food is really good relatively the service is excellent I understand there's a little bit longer wait times having to deal with covid-19 restrictions and an increase volume of drive-through patrons but the service is polite kinda to the point all the people that work in Hardee's including myself work very hard and if there is a mistake made on an order because accidents happened it is easily corrected and rectified give them a 9 out of 10 trust me on this with covid-19 being a factor it is one of the better restaurants to purchase food at we working on the inside I can give you this it is always clean and sanitary and the biscuits are made by hand“
“After the Covid Lee’s improved. I hate they took away the buffet but the food ? is good. The customer service most times is good. I almost went elsewhere to eat, when first I tried to order on DoorDash and they tried to get almost double for the food you pay less for at the store. I think they need to rethink DoorDash delivery otherwise it’s good.“
“I will never be able to say how much I love Chick fil-a, ever! Their service is top notch at whatever location I go to but I guess the Elizabethtown, KY store is my go-to because its the closest one to me & the one I visit the most often.If you're not aware, they have an app that you can order on & choose curbside pickup as your preferred method (verses drive thru or going in). Once I discovered this, I use it all the time & its so convenient! You will also score points each time you scan your app when ordering & this allows you the option to get free food or drinks on future orders.Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing (with the honey bbq sauce) & recently I tried the cobb salad which was also fantastic! I don't think Chick fil-a could get it wrong if they tried :)I always get excited when I see a new Chick fil-a being built but unfortunately its not in my town at this time. Danville KY is getting a new one (at time of review the building is done on the outside - Nov 2023) and I'm excited that the Pigeon Forge area has a second location now!“
“I'm here daily or every other day at times. My current craving is a Reeses Cup Milkshake w/ triple reeses ?. The drive thru line can sometimes be long but the service is always right and we never have issues. Some of the kids can slow down a bit when taking orders as the menu is sometimes hard to navigate but that comes with experience. Great establishment. Keep it up!“
