Came in looking for “hot and ready” however what I received was hot, but not quite ready. We waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and some crazy bread. This is a sad day for America.

Went through the drive-through ordered my food, and then they parked me and I waited there for 25 minutes. Then they brought my food out to me and my thin crust. Pepperoni pizza was burnt and the crust was all broke into pieces and they didn’t bring my food out till after I called and notified them how long I was waiting for, I drove around to the window and when whenever I handed them Pizza back they said that it would be a long wait for another pizza so then I told them that they can just refund me my money back for that pizza because I was going to keep the cheese pizza and the cheese bread. The girl at the window was sure to tell me that she’s no one to mess with, and so of course I’m going to say something back to her because you do not speak to me that way. They had to refund me my entire order and I left Little Caesars in Russell Springs Kentucky without my food, so I wasted a total of 33 minutes.
The system they have in place where you pay at the window and go park is ridiculous. It doesn’t save time and only confuses everyone and there are workers wondering around in the parking lot trying to figure out whose food goes where.

Waited over 25 minutes for a cheese pizza and crazy bread. The worker would come out and vape while bringing people their food and talk to them. Wont be coming back here thats for sure.

Food is ok. Sometimes it's over cooked, sometimes way to greasy, sometimes it's not enough toppings and way to much crust. Always been pulled forward to park. Sometimes I have to drive to the next parking lot across the street and watch like a hawk for a spot to come open. Other times I've had to park in back near the order mic and then drive back around just to check to see if there's a parking spot available. Some of the staff have been very rude. Cuts me off before finished ordering and I'll have to finish once at the window. Wait time when been parked has exceed the time of 52 minutes.
2nd time I’ve waited 45 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. I won’t be back for a good while!

It is 10:40pm on a satyrday and have been calling for ab 15-20min I never got anyone... I ran straight here from work to pick something up 4 my lil_boy and found they had already closed the store (at least 30-40min early)!! If your hrs are 11-11 you open and shut down @ those times not whenever you please!!
