We went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 8 meals. Instead of fries on the one meal we got rice even though we had to tell them twice that we wanted fries. The other meal had 3 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 pieces of shrimp that it was supposed to have. The food was so salty and the fries were soggy. They had no tartar sauce and they didn’t even offer us ketchup or cocktail sauce. We had to drive up to the front and wait a while for them to bring it out to us. Not a good experience .

6 24 2021 had been the worst meal and service I have had in years .3 times to get order right need retrain staff I work in public.$10.00 meal should not take 45 min. That not the bad part .if food been good but 3 times to bring order back to get it right if i had wanted cold food Mc Donald is down street

Hadn't been to this place in forever, but went today 5/20/21 since I figured they had surely improved after being hours away from closing down awhile back...boy was I wrong!!! Fish tastes like it's been cooked and sitting all day. Never going back again!

Food's always good, but on last visit via drive-thru we had to wait at least 15 mins (with others) to have order brought out. There were not many cars in the line or parking lot, so that was bad enough.But worse was that the bag had no utinsels (needed for sides), napkins, or sauces (specifically requested). Had to go through drive-thru again. Grr.Still, the hush-puppies were the best ever, which is saying something, and again the food was all good. Just really disappointing about the service otherwise. Usually it's better.

Lousy management, even worse staff. 4/9/21Food was undercooked and soggy. Ordered shrimp, only to be told later, they don't have cocktail sauce. The coleslaw tastes, literally, like dirt, as if they pulled the vegetables from the ground this morning and without washing them threw them into the coleslaw mix...Manager could not follow a basic conversation, had to explain to him 3 times. He still did not get it right, and wouldn't come back out of the office.I simply ordered two- 2 piece chicken combos...nothing unusual.. manager kept handing us fish....really! Manager can't listen to the difference in words between fish and chicken????Who ever promoted him should lose their job as well! He must be related to someone in the company.I wish these people got treated the way they treat their customers and were forced to eat the slop they gave us..
