I stopped in to the Russell Springs Taco Bell and was the only one in the lobby, which honestly made the experience even better. The dining area was clean and peaceful—perfect for a quick break. Even though it wasn’t busy inside, the staff didn’t slack off at all. I was greeted right away, and my order was taken quickly and professionally.

The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. You could tell the crew took pride in their work, even without a big crowd to impress. Everything was neat, well-organized, and the service felt personal and friendly.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to grab a bite with great service and a clean environment, this Taco Bell delivers. Great job to the Russell Springs team!

Usually if you come during the day, the food is really good. It's a hit and miss on the chalupa due to the shells alot of time are so hard. At night time, it's a bad time to go. You never know how it will be. You have the goofy ones that look at you stupid when you tell them the food is wrong. Those ones ask for your receipt and if you order in drive thru but they never give you the receipt. If it's not those ones, then you deal with the lazy crew. Beans are dried out, they never put much in the tortilla and you are pretty much eating only the shell of whatever you get and choking due to dryness. This crew is also rude. I had an order that was completely incorrect and I saw a worker heading in and was gonna tell them, they let me know that the inside was closed and to go back in drive thru. Didn't apologize or nothing. It took 40 minutes the first time when I ordered and another 30 to get back around to get it all fixed. On top of that, they were rude about fixing it and asked if I got it at that taco bell because it was ordered so long before. Night shift never gives us a receipt, so I couldn't even show it to them. I'm to a point, I'll only go in the day time. They only skimp out on giving us sauce but I just get out and go in and get more. 5 packs is not enough for 3 bean burritos, lux cravings box and 2 tacos. I'm adding pictures of my bean burritos from tonight with the lazy crew.

I have been getting the same meal for 15 years, I asked for jalepeno sauce on the side, it was one small container and usually they give me a decent amount. So I walked up and said could I get some more of the sauce. The lady at the counter what seemed to be the manager, said she couldn’t because it would hurt her inventory. Which I get but……I had enough for one slice of the quesadilla and that was it. She was very rude and I won’t be back to the Taco Bell in Russell springs.

I order me and my husband food On saturday 4/5/25 around 8:30pm and they forget my food and the taco was cold try to call them over hour and the phone was busy . ALWAS CHECK UR FOOD BEFORE U LEAVE they was not busy

Hadn’t left a review yet to give another chance, but I think it’s time. Last three times I have been there and get gone all the food I have ordered has not been in bag. If I’m spending hard earned money to eat there then they need to make sure they earn theirs the right way. Need to teach employees to get orders correct!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. The store says that door dash is responsible for making sure the order is correct. Door dash says the restaurant is responsible for making sure the order is correct. And then when you file a complaint on the door dash app, they give you pennies back. If I'm paying extra for things to be on my burger/sandwich/whatever, I would hope that someone actually looks at the order and makes it correctly. The restaurant says it is the dashers responsibility to double check the order- then why does the restaurant seal the bags and yell at them if they try to check it?
