I wanted to use my rewards for my fries and nuggets and they wouldn’t let me and trying to charge me. What’s the point of rewards if we can’t use them. And the lady wasn’t very nice I wonder why no one really goes to Wendy’s and everyone at McDonalds. I also wasted my points I earn. I love Wendy’s food but they wanted to be rude so I left.

I was very impressed tonight. We hadn't eaten here in a while and at 930pm at night I was a little worried. So that I made a point to tell them to make sure the fries were fresh. We hd to add sandwich at the window and the young man at the window was very nice about it. When we got the food in record time the first thing I did was check the fries and omg they were the hottest I've had in a long time from anywhere. And the sandwiches were fresh and hot. On 9/25/24 @ 930 at night I was very happy and impresses. Thank you.
The workers at this Wendy's are very nice, especially the 2 ladies who took and served my order today, were so friendly, I'm the one who got the baconators! and they're good, as long as these workers are there, I will return again, it had been about 4 years since I had been there, but if they keep workers like these ladies and treat them well, I'll return
