Drive through service was horrible. We got a bag of hot fries and chicken nuggets and had to wait 10min for 3 sandwiches. The drive thru person left the window open, and we could hear him fussing out the other employees and scolding them for talking too much instead of cooking. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing while we waited. By the time our sandwiches were done, out bag of fries were cold and soggy.

I wanted to use my rewards for my fries and nuggets and they wouldn’t let me and trying to charge me. What’s the point of rewards if we can’t use them. And the lady wasn’t very nice I wonder why no one really goes to Wendy’s and everyone at McDonalds. I also wasted my points I earn. I love Wendy’s food but they wanted to be rude so I left.

I was very impressed tonight. We hadn't eaten here in a while and at 930pm at night I was a little worried. So that I made a point to tell them to make sure the fries were fresh. We hd to add sandwich at the window and the young man at the window was very nice about it. When we got the food in record time the first thing I did was check the fries and omg they were the hottest I've had in a long time from anywhere. And the sandwiches were fresh and hot. On 9/25/24 @ 930 at night I was very happy and impresses. Thank you.
