while usually I love Arbys and have rarely had any issues I was upset with how they handled an issue today. for starters I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites which come with sauce, when I was given my food I was asked if I wanted any other sauces so I assumed (I will take partial blame here) the sauces for sides were in the bag. when I got home I realized not only did I not any sauce but they also forgot my daughter's chicken tenders. no big deal I can give her some...read full review
Both of these are chicken sliders. Ordered at the same time.
When I took the one without the chicken back to the counter the manage totally blew me off telling me “That’s the way they are”. Instead of “I am sorry let me make that right for you.” The manager smarted off and walked away.
Bad customer service over a tiny little sandwich.
