Bisquits were half size, sides were 2-3oz, chicken was micro: drums wing size, half a breast, thighs cut in half. A total rip off, NOT a $20 value, more of a snack pack. Popeyes is better value & portion size, better flavor too

I ordered the 8pc meal added large Mac & cheese besides usual mash potatoes and Coleslaw price was 31 plus dollars. When I arrived home chicken was so greasy, biscuits hard and I was missing my Coleslaw. Tried calling for 30 minutes to advise them of error no one ever answered the phone I live approx 30 miles from restaurant. I will no longer go to this place.

Not the best experience. The drinks were watered down, when I told an employee the tea was out, they called me a liar! My biscuit was missing, and the employees told me that they included a biscuit. Not sure if I’ll return.
5/4/2023.The manager on duty at 730pm straight up lied to us at the drive thru about being out of chicken breast's. Then recanted her story that there were breast's. But an assortment of styles. Once we got our order after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, we checked before leaving and she gave us the regular assortment. Mind you, we payed extra. Was even on the recipt. My wife went in to address the issue to said manager. She got hateful and started slamming things on the counter and being very unpleasant over having to correct something we already payed for. Very bad for business! Colonel Sanders! We miss you!!!!
