At 5 in the afternoon they did not have enough chicken cooked for a 12 peice bucket and than we changed to tenders instead the lady didn't really like this said pull up while I get your food our sides were not full they could hardly do 2 plates, very dissatisfied with food and service the tenders were very small we drove 25 miles for this meal no longer will I do Kentucky fried chicken .
Hubs and I got the spicy chicken sandwich.. I got the combo with mashed potatoes.. he, just the sandwich... taking our tray to the table, when I set it down too close to the edge.. and everything slid off onto my seat.. I was able to save the sandwiches but my mashed potatoes were toast.. the lady working behind the counter brought me another mashed potato side.. I really appreciated that.. plus the food was hot.. fresh a d fast.. Will definitely be back.. next time, I'll be more...read full review

Sat in line for 20 min, menu has changed, nothing is never cooked, once I order I have got to wait and pull up. KFC has gone down hill in Russellville. Don't even have livers or buffet. It's sad real
