Papa John's in Russellville, KY is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They can't seem to get my order right no matter how many times I place an order. They're CLEARLY not educated enough to READ a label that says CHEESE SAUCE! The customer service at this store is a joke. I will never order from them again. I'm done with Papa John's!!!!
Just tried the "Italian Hero" and really liked it! 👍
It's sad when you call to place an order, get in the car while on hold and drive almost 15 minutes to the store, WHILE STILL IN HOLD, and they still don't make it right. Even after telling them that we could hear everything they were saying most of the time we were "on hold". Their excuse was that they were busy and a couple of employees were standing around doing nothing!
