Great little spot for lunch. The chicken strip basket & waffle fries were perfect. Prices were very reasonable as well.
I am deeply concerned that an employee of Griddles Grub and Pub is married to Jimmy Linville, who works for Builders By Design and recently posted a racially insensitive and dismissive comment about Juneteenth on social media. Griddles Grub & Pub offers food that is fast, hot, and delicious. The small grilled chicken salad is not so small and delicious with homemade ranch. Chicken tenders with waffle fries and ranch are a favorite. The philly was quite good. However, some meals can be plain with little flavor, like the hamburger steak dinner and the roast beef special. Fries were a little mushy. The food WAS delicious, but on one visit, the cheese on a burger was not melted and everything felt stale. Service is good and people are nice. Servers like Amy are really good, but there was an issue with a price discrepancy on patty melts listed for $9.99 but charged at $10.99. Service can be spectacular, courteous, and friendly, especially for to-go orders. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and very tidy. Portion sizes are more than enough. It is one of the favorite places to eat, and though some visits are less than expected, the freshly made food is worth the wait.
