That AI speaker for the drive-through is garbage. It never gets the order right and requires human intervention. Went there the other day and they were out of breasts, wings, and fries. I drove off. I think I'm done with this place.

We had such an amazing experience.I had to ask for all of the staff's names! Russia, mister russell and his staff of Elroy james mike brody and johnny, were just the kindest! They went out of their way to make sure we had good fresh food. At the end of our meal, they informed us that they had made fresh biscuits, and they were going to bring us some. Unbelievably kind and the restaurant was super clean.You could tell these are some very hardworking boys! Thanks for making our first stop from chicago awesome.

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I am certain we had an amazing experience! The restaurant was clean when we came in.. And the staff was very happy to see us. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The food was delicious hot and fresh. The manager actually told us that he likes to make fresh food for his guests. A few minutes after he sat down and were eating... He brought us each some boberry biscuits and actually ask us if we would like them iIced or not :) He was very proud of how fresh they were And our next road trip from chicago we will stop here!

Came in around 7ish. Was told there was a little bit of a wait for bone in which was okay, I traveled out of town and can understand all the busy travels. The lobby reeked of weed. I sat in the lobby, which was freezing. Noticed a male in the corner who seemed to be napping. I’m assuming was a worker because he eventually walked to the kitchen. He seemed out of it which I’m gonna imply the reek of weed was from him. if this was you… do better.

The AI drive thru cut us off so I pulled around to the window. When I explained to the employee what happened, she, rudely, proceeded to reprimand us on how I didn’t use the AI correctly. I busted smiled and told her to have a nice day. She rolled her eyes and closed the window and walked away.

I bought a 10 or 12 piece chicken dinner with sides and biscuits. The chicken was Barely warm to a touch and even some cold the worst chicken I have ever ate in my life would never go back there again
