I bought a 10 or 12 piece chicken dinner with sides and biscuits. The chicken was Barely warm to a touch and even some cold the worst chicken I have ever ate in my life would never go back there again

Saturday at 4pm. I was in the drive thru line for 15 - 20 minutes, as the car in front of me had difficulty ordering thru the new system, which is understandable if you're not used to it. It's definitely not like conversing with a live person. Then only to be told when I placed my order that they had no fries....very disappointed.

Went for lunch yesterday and spent 20 minutes in drive thru ….. this morning I came for breakfast sat at the window for 5 minutes while one employee was walking back and forth ignoring the window . Finally someone came to the window to tell me there are only two employees and one of them doesn’t want to work. Utterly unacceptable

**Disappointed After a Long Drive and $50 Spent**

We drove 35–40 minutes to this Bojangles location, hoping for a good family meal, but left disappointed. We ordered the $50 family meal—12-piece chicken, 2 sides, biscuits, and a half-gallon each of tea and pink lemonade. The food was just fine overall, except the fries were old and *holy moly*—they went wild with the fry seasoning.

The manager was rude, fussing at an employee just for giving us a couple of cups and plates. We were a party of three (mom, are son, and me), but they only gave us two plates. I had to use the plastic lid from the chicken container as my plate. When I asked for a new lid to take leftovers home, I was told they didn’t have any. Thankfully, a younger employee kindly gave me a few boxes to help out.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived. Yet every table I tried to sit at (especially ones where I could see my car) was dirty, and the floors underneath were just as bad. There were at least two large water spills on the floor. People only started walking in as we were walking out, so there was no excuse for the mess.

They were also out of ketchup, which just added to the frustration.

We’ll be going back to the Shepherdsville location from now on. This one needs serious improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

TLDR: The service was terrible.

We originally tried to go through the drive thru and we were put on hold for 10 minutes. After that, we pulled around and went inside.

Inside, the cashier was on his phone and walked away without taking our order. Several other employees just stared at us until one finally came up to tell us that their credit card machine was broken.

At that point, we were over it and just decided to go somewhere else. I would not recommend going to this place if you value your time or money.

Definitely make sure you check your food before you leave. The past two out of three times, the chicken was hard, old, and dry. The biscuits were hard as a brick. The only reason I had fresh chicken yesterday was because I made sure of it. Their food is really good when it's fresh. The young man running the drive-thru wasn't sure of what was going on. He tried to send me away without the rest of my food and didn't even know I had a drink. Make sure you pay attention to your order. The pictures with this review are from two previous different orders about a month apart.
