Received cold Mac and cheese with my order. Chicken wasn’t great. Looks undercooked. My first time ever visiting a Bojangles. Not sure what the hype was about but that wasn’t it.

Ordered 8 piece family meal through the drive thru. I got home and saw they left out biscuits completely. The food was not good. There were flakes in the mashed potatoes, and the gravy tasted odd. Very disappointed!

The worst drive thru person to greet and take orders! I was there at 5:57pm on February 7th 2024, and the lady working drive thru could not care less about helping us. If she was the greeter of my company I'd make serious changes! Will not return and id advise anyone else to do the same!!

FILTHY! Idiot staff (except the blonde girl with the drive thru headset) could not be bothered at 3:30pm to clean up the disgusting dirty dining area and overflowing garbage cans. Food on the floor that had been ground in, litter everywhere - all while most of the staff vapes outside the main door or is hanging out my the office door. Profanity and inuendo aplenty.So how was the food? Mediocore at best. Should have gone to Culvers.
