The bourbon flights were delicious, but we already knew that would be the case. Everyone was super nice and gave my dog lots of pets. Ash gave us a curated list of other cool things in the area which we have been following! Staff and bourbon made a fantastic visit!
We visited the distillery on our way to Louisville. We didn’t have reservations for a tour but the staff was very friendly and we did a tasting. The pours for the tasting was very generous and the explanation the staff gave was fantastic! The gift shop was wonderful also! Then our group ran the urban bourbon 1/2 marathon. We didn't do a tour, but the tasting room offers flights and cocktails. I'm haven't historically been a Bulleit fan, but I did find I liked the 10 year and barrel strength.
The gift shop is large and full of loads of merch and bottles. Definitely with a stop if you're in the area.
