Bulleit made for a more interesting tour than I expected going in. They’re owned by one of the biggest corporations making spirits today, so I expected something maybe a bit less interesting, but it turned out to be fairly entertaining. A short bus ride took our group to the brewing and distilling area, and the rundown of different yeasts was quite enlightening. Stopped in to see where the infamous Bulleit whiskey was made. Lovely experience. They have a gift shop and a tasting room with many different places to sit (inside and outside). You can take a tour of the distillery with purchased tickets, but plan accordingly since they only have so many tours a day and limited availability. Otherwise, fun little detour on a roadtrip.
