Worst “steak” I’ve ever received. Wouldn’t come back if it was free. Beyond slow service. Best part of the entire experience was leaving.
Roach crawling on wall. Notified manager. She seen it with her own eyes. She asked if I wanted her to get it, of course I did. She got it with a reusable silverware napkin. Didn’t bother to wipe our table where it crawled on it. Mind you she had to lay on the booth bench to get it from under our table (on the bottom of table). I was done after this. Worst $30.00 steak I’ve had in my life times 2!
Ordered medium and received a piece of well done tire rubber. I sliced this 20 oz sirloin in 4 pieces searching for something medium and sat for 24 minutes while my kid’s ate their wings and burger hoping my server would notice my cut steak facing outwards so it could be noticed. The few bite I tried were horrible, bland, and way overdone.
