We tried to eat here tonight while in town visiting a family member and were quoted 20-25 minute wait. They offered us a high top table at the bar, but had a toddler in the party and couldn’t sit there. They sat multiple other tables and another couple also complained because they were there past their wait time. We waited 45 minutes and asked the “host”. She was rude and said there was nowhere for us to sit since we didn’t want the high top and she didn’t know what we expected her to do. The issue was how rude her tone was with us knowing how long we were there and that we had an upset baby in their lobby. I asked to talk to a manager and he informed me she was an assistant manager. He sided with her, said he never had any complaints on her, so we ended up leaving. Good luck if you have a party over 2 on getting a table.

We do not live in the area of this and needed a nice dinner during our stay. A review stated that they had the best salad bar around. That's a truth right there. It was fresh, many foods you'd expect from a salad bar and the best was the woman who tended to it. It was very clean and tidy. She had it down to an art. Thank you. I also ordered a pot roast dinner. Much like what you'd expect at a home meal perhaps. It was good although I was so full from the salad bar that it became a takeout. My wife ordered a steak and didn't complain (and she's a complainer, omg).Atmosphere is rather ranch like as you might expect from the business name. Open, can be loud, yet comfortable. Service was good too, thank you. Very popular place from all signs I saw. Parking can be tight.Parking: There are signs saying "Do Not Park At The Theatre Lot". It's busy enough there at times that they'd have to post such.

my boyfriend and i go to cattleman’s all the time, most of the time it’s great! there is a few instances where poor service/poor food was served but 9 times out of 10 it’s wonderful. i wanted to give michael a server on april 10th around 5p a shoutout for his great service and friendliness!! definitely will be requesting to be seated with him again next time!!!

We were waited on quickly very professional. I ordered steak on the special menu. When I received my order the steak was cooked Wright BUT it was hard to cut for the grisly content,I told the waitress and wanted to get me another steak. I said no and asked for the fried pork chop, how can you go wrong with a pork chop.?.well so happens it was over cooked. So I gave up and ate it.This is not the only time something happened with the food. So I will wait a while before giving them another chance. It can't always be this way.

It's not often I leave a restaurant more depressed than when I got there, but tonight was one of those nights. If you're gonna upcharge me for onions rings, maybe give me more than 4. Burger was overcooked and dry too, and I never got the extra sauce I asked for either. Probably won't be coming back for a while, sorry.

They have the slowest to-go orders! I haveWaited 30 minutes before! I just waited 15 minutes and there w only 3 cars in the parking lot!
Service makes your experience better ,it was not very dry, kept asking for bread, lemon and silverware, never greeted us or stated his name, why are you at my table.

I have been eating at Cattleman's for over 10 years and it never gets old! Everyone you come in contact with from the hostess to the manager are always friendly and helpful. The salad bar is my favorite " broccoli salad", love steak but the white fish is good also! Good Selection of beer and good bartenders for a drink, I like eating at the bar and watching a game.
