Food was great. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The liver was excellent. My favorite side was the corn pudding. The other sides were also great. Well worth our 2 hour drive.

We hadn't been here in quite some time. We were entertaining family in from Texas. Food was good, chicken pieces were somewhat small and chicken livers, not as many as I thought. Yeast rolls were delicious, as were the collard greens and cornbread. Service was great. See more pictures on Facebook at Tingle Travel Agency.

This use to be one of our favorite places to eat anywhere in the country. Lately there has been a noticeable change in recipes, including the chicken not being the “original recipe” spices at ALL. The vegetables have a noticeable Spanish influence that leave a terrible after taste. Please go back to the original recipes! It was so much better! I’m sad to say we probably won’t be back.

Fried chicken was delish. Mash pot & gravy was pretty good. Baked ham sliced so thin u could read a newspaper thru it (dry!!!). Grilled corn muffin was awesome. All the other sides were below sub par …

Took some out of town guest to dine there for lunch today. Out waiter was new and nervous you could tell but did try his best. My husband and I both got the catfish dinner. We each received one piece of fish and normally when I've eaten there I always got two. Didn't question it thought they had changed it. When I got home I looked on line at the menu and found we were suppose to get two pieces eachI blame this on the kitchen staff. Am going to eat there next Tuesday and will make sure I get my two pieces. The food was good.

Easter Buffet at that! ..not much for options. Two kinds of chicken.... Only country gravy ...one kind of pie for dessert. Buncha ppl packed in a room ...can barely get to buffet line .. because of building layout ..2 adults 2kidsCost $ 125. Wasn't really worth the drive..

We drove 3.5 hours to eat here and it didn't disappoint. Would I eat here again? Most definitely! Would I drive 3.5 hours to eat here again? Probably not unless there were more things I would have had planned in the area. The establishment is located in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful homes and stables. There is ample parking on site. When we arrived we were directly behind a group of 10 people. After the group ahead of us were seated we were informed that they had run out of seating. It took the staff probably less than 5 minutes to open an additional dining area and begin seating us and additional patrons. We visited on a Sunday and it was full buffet style and about $25/Adult with drink and dessert included. All in all I would recommend this establishment!

The food was extremely tasty. I loved the atmosphere, felt like I was in Colonel Sanders home. Loved the atmosphere, great service. Overall, atmosphere was phenomenal, food was great, service was good too. Loved learning about the colonel and his wife. Make sure you check out the pictures in the hallway. Sadly lounge was closed. Order the fried chicken( and make sure to ask for no white meat if you don’t like it.
