This particular Cracker Barrel is AWESOME! The service, the food, the whole package. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Zach, who went well above and beyond serving us. I can't say enough good things about this location!

Great tasting food.Homestyle atmosphere, gift shop, and the biscuits and cornbread muffins.

Our server Chrisana Godbey was such a great server!!! She had everything out and we didn’t have to ask for refills or anything. She was very observant and saw our needs before asking!!! Food was great and service was awesome!!!

Our server Tonya King was very helpful and courteous. Food was cooked perfectly. When we are back in the area we will stop by.

Never had to complain about the cracker barrel before but today 3/21/25 at 9:30 am we went to the Shelbyville KY one first off not a lot of people there that was good but it was so dark in there I could hardly see the menu and when we got the food it was cold I'm talking cold like it just came out of the refrigerator do better people.

I ordered the new shrimp and grits, and a side of the new seasoned rice, absolutely horrible!! The shrimp and grits were extremely greasy, and the rice was clumped together, cold and bland. The shrimp and grits made me sick all night long, from both ends. We eat cracker barrel 2-4 times a week, as we haul mobile homes and travel for work, but I will just stick to our usual, and never try anything new again.

Waited a long time for the food..a couple that walked in after us got their food and were finished when ours arrived..we just had pancakes 1 egg and sausage.
Everything was cold...awful
