This is hands down the worst experience I had a Cracker Barrel. The service was slow and the food was reheated in the microwave too long. The Country fried steak was like cardboard. You should stay on the highway and keep going!

I stopped in to get a curbside order. Ordered Biscuits Benny! They forget the hollandaise sauce. Glad I checked the bag before I left. Called to report and was told it was in a separate container which is funny since I checked the entire bag before calling. The person on the phone cut me off several times no time for my issue I guess. After all the food was cold but surprisingly still very delicious! Delivery person was all frowns!

Have been in there several times to pick up online orders and check in at the desk and hear them tell the cashier the food was ready only to be ignored for upwards of 10 minutes, went one other time to pick up food and was told they were out of chicken after I got there. Horrible service anymore.

Server was extremely nice.Food was subpar. My kids burger was really pink, almost too much for my own taste. The other kids burger was dry, like it had been sitting there a while.It's a shame because everyone was so nice, but their hospitality couldn't overcome the lackluster kitchen.Decided to stop here because it was outside the city while traveling, however we should have chose one of the many other cracker barrels along our route.

I ordered a plate of chicken and dumplings at 4:55 and was told it would be ready by 5:30. I waited for the order until 6 and had to ditch it. I’m hungry and upset and had somewhere to be so I’m leaving this bad review for the poor service.
Food looked amazing, 10mins apart from other family members getting their food...ZERO TASTE!...Absolutely no flavor looked the part .

The store's internet was down, so many mobile orders weren't coming through. I sat at the curbside check in for 25 minutes before finally going into the store, only to find out that my check-in was never registered. Food was lukewarm by the time I received it.
