Have loved DQ for years. The one on Shelbyville Rd is on of our go to for Blizzards. Also like their breakfast. Some of the best biscuits around in the fast food arena.

Fries were cold and stale, food was old, order was wrong, horrible customer service, working drive thru. Wasn’t even greeted.

Went to order a shake took 10 minutes and didn't get anything they wasn't busy one worker was walking around not working and talking when I asked for my money back all I got was a attitude from the worker I would not recommend this place to spend your money

So many flies. The other day while I was there only one person was working the register and I think expected to hand the food out to the customers waiting. Food would sit and some items were left uncovered where flies were able to land on them. Very unsanitary. The staff was all kind though and were doing the best they could with being busy.

They microwave all your food and you pay for a grilled burger for $10.00 just hand it to me so I can save $ 5.00 I'm posting this on Facebook to let the world to know your paying all that money for a nuked burger

Every time we go for blizzards they can never get them right! It’s just really disappointing since this is the only ice cream place in Shelbyville, they have really gone down hill. I have decided to not go back! I will drive to Louisville or Frankfort!

Group of teenagers that were extreemly loud and destructive. It got so bad that I asked them to stop. No manager asked them to behave or leave. They had not ordered food or treats. Sad group disrespectful young people. No adult to police 15-20 teens acting like they were 2.

2024-11-19: I visited Dairy Queen on Midland Trail this afternoon at 2:30pm. They do not have chocolate ice cream.

The nicest people work there. Always friendly and showing a smile. Food is always great.
