a lot of the times the kid employees are fine. it’s the owners/or owners wife whatever she is. they are very rude when i come in and act like im putting a knife to their throat for getting coffee. would still go but can’t because the employees are rude and get my drink wrong often.

Got a signature latte and it was missing all of the toppings. Just basically an iced latte. Also got an iced cappuccino and ordered light ice and got 3/4 of a cup of ice. Love my Dunkin but this wasn’t the best experience. Waited about 45 seconds at the drive thru before someone came and fixed one of the drinks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Coffee, Quick Service, and a Cozy Atmosphere!
I’ve been a regular at Dunkin’ for a while now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently great — always fresh, flavorful, and with just the right amount of kick to start my day. Whether I’m grabbing a classic hot coffee, an iced latte, or trying one of their seasonal flavors, they always get it right.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Even during the morning rush, they manage to keep the line moving without making you feel rushed. I love how they accommodate customizations with ease — no matter how specific your coffee order might be, they get it done perfectly.
The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always a plus. Freshly made and delicious, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which is my go-to breakfast. I also appreciate their ever-expanding menu, with newer items like avocado toast and plant-based options.
The atmosphere in my local Dunkin’ is warm and welcoming, perfect for a quick stop or to sit and relax for a bit. It’s a no-fuss, reliable spot where you can grab your coffee and go, or stay and enjoy a quick bite.

This is the third time I’ve gone to this location and I won’t be back. I understand mistakes happen and I also understand I should check my bag before pulling off, but the whole experience groom placing my order through drive thru to pulling up and waiting on them to bring it out to me was awful. The manager taking my order was rude and rushed me to take my order and then had me pull up after I paid and they will have someone bring it out. When they brought it out the lady was very polite and nice but I got halfway down the road and I’m missing 2 of the items that I ordered , what I did get wasn’t warm and remind you they are not cheap, no business is anymore these days but I’m on my break and don’t have time to turn around and so I try to call them to explain the situation but no one picked up the phone the first 3 times I called and then a gentleman left me on hold the fourth time and then hung up. I’m never one to leave bad reviews because I know how much it effects the business and the employees that work there, with having worked in food/restuaraunt industry, but this is my third visit with problems each time so I feel maybe this will help them strive to do better for their customer’s experience.

Everyone is nice at this location but there is just no consistency with the taste of their coffee's. I always get the same type of latte every time I go, I'd be lucky to say that 2 out of every 10 visits the latte will even taste the same...and by the same I mean good. Initially I was asking for it to be remade but it's happening so often now that I just don't want to appear as a complainer. I've just been tossing the coffee in the trash after a couple sips because it tastes so gross. It's a shame because when it tastes like it's supposed to taste it's great but It's just not worth it anymore. A five dollar drink on a consistent basis adds up, especially when it's a toss up whether it going to taste good or bad. I guess this will be my excuse to quit coffee .
Came in today and the worker would not help me. It was very strange! Certain donuts were not on the new kiosk so I asked a man working to help me and if he could show me where the donuts were on the kiosk or if I needed To order them another way on there. All he did was point at the kiosk and ignore what I was Saying. A sweet customer tried to help me and even she was baffled that the donuts I wanted were not listed on the kiosk anywhere. There were five people working. I ended up walking out. It was weird. Won’t be back though.

I always love to stop inside a Dunkin' and was expecting my experience at this Dunkin' to be normal. Right before putting in my order I noticed how this Dunkin' was bragging about their manager "that's weird" is what I thought. So I put in my order of a s'mores coffee, a black coffee, an apple fritter, and a sourdough sandwich. And--without exaggerating--15 seconds later. No wonder you brag about being well managed!
