Subs do not taste good. They were soggy, it looked like the subs just had been tossed. They tasted nasty. Pizza used to be good but tonight seemed like they were in a rush to make everything. They overcooked it. Everything tasted off. For almost paying $50 for a Large pizza and two subs, I'm expecting quality. Ordered online, since when do they charge a tourist tax? ? I usually buy pizza every other weekend and started buying from here but now I'm taking my business elsewhere. I called the restaurant and was told that the pizza was overcooked because they were busy. They also asked me if the subs came in a bag and I said no they told me more but I stopped listening. They do not care about their customers.

Stops her along the side of the road passing through on the Bourbon Trail. Pizza was very good super heavy on the toppings. Reasonable price. Place didn't look open at first so they are. Place has a bar but not much of a bartender as wasn't sure how to make some of the drinks on the menu. Please filled up a little bit more later we stayed. Great variety on the menu.

Door says closed at 10 but actually closed at 9 on Superbowl Sunday. What a wasted trip to put in an order.

I wanted to love it. This was my first time at the newest Shelbyville location so that tells you how long it has been. When it was up in town I used to go after all the county home games. Sad to say it's not as good as I remembered.Everything was just mediocre from the sit down to the food, to the service. Started with the cheesey, bacon fries. I don't recommend. The cheese was hard and stiff and the bacon was gummy.I was really excited about the cauliflower crust offering. My boyfriend and I ordered different pizzas. I have food restrictions. Sadly, the kitchen got my personal pizza order wrong so my boyfriend's pizza sat on the table and was cold when my pizza was finally delivered to the table. The waitress acted like it was no big deal. The only thing offered was to "munch" on the incorrectly made one while we waited. Disappointed in the experience. Everyone else around us that came in after us, was gone when I got my pizza. We ate a slice each and boxed the rest. Definitely not the Hometown Pizza I remember.

Pizza was amazing, and if you order a sandwich, you better be hungry. They are huge!Kid-friendliness: Kids' pizza is big enough to feed most kids, I would say

Pizza is a cut above the big chain shops in taste and quality. Prices aren't bad. Lots of parking.

Was completely ignored by the man who was supposed to seat us. Mid afternoon, was not busy. We waited and then left.

$16 for a 12" pizza with 1 jalapeño ring and 2 pepperoni slices?!?! HELL NO!!!Wrong crust. NEVER AGAIN!!!Your redheaded cook thought it was hilarious with his smugass grin when I walked out, while his friends in the kitchen yucked it up. I bet they played with it as well...I wouldn't feed that to my pigs! A bunch of kids with zero adult supervision playing games with peoples' food, time, money. I hope that bites you in the wallet and shuts you down, just like the others. I'll take my business to Pizza Hut. SMH5pm Sunday 12/9/23

I ordered the spaghetti dinner with meat sauce. I got the fattest, mushy spaghetti I’ve ever tasted. It was NOT meat sauce. It was plain marinara sauce. It was so nasty! No need to call them. They don’t care! I wish they had a minus option.

Waited about 15 mins to even be acknowledged. No hello, no welcome in, no someone will be right with you. Even had staff clearly pretending they didn't see us. Also watched and heard some staff have a conversation not related to work not 2 feet from us before someone decide to speak to us. We about to walk out honestly and would have already if it wasnt for it being for our kids birthday. Also, not very kid friendly. No kids menu at this location which was weird. The food was good though and our waitress was nice once we was seated.
