Everytime I eat here the staff in front is so horrible at doing their jobs. So rude no respect. The boss Mary should be fired. She doesn’t fix the problems of the bad service. Sabrina and Linda are so horrible at their jobs. No respect at all. Sabrina is the worst one of all. Everytime I go in there she always rude and disrespectful to customers. Seen her ignore a Latino guy because his English wasn’t good. Can’t believe she’s not fired. Mary is to blame. I had to take my 7years old son to wait in the car because their was so much nasty talking. KFC please fire Mary and Sabrina. And I’m sure the business will become so much better.

Let me just say, times must be really hard at the Shelbyville KFC, if the owner of this store won’t fire these jackwagon employees. Went tonight for food and even joked on the way about what all they would be “out” of. This time, no fries, no mac&cheese. Got to the window and was greeted by the rudest woman ever. Just read the other reviews, it’s the same lady. Asked for salt.. “we’re out” she said! I told her “well, that tracks.” She shut the window. I pulled away only to find out they had shorted half of my order. Went back in, met with other employees that I can only assume were being forced to work there against their will. This place!! How are you in business!!?!? Another time, not even kidding “we’re out of chicken.” That’s not a joke. Don’t go.. or do go, because service is so bad it’s actually comical. What will they be out of next?!?

I waited 15 min for three cars ahead of me. Then I was told to wait when I got to the microphone. I waited 5 minutes. I finally said forget it. I never got to order.

I waited over 40 minutes because I wanted all dark meat. Finally got my order , sides were wrong . Got that fixed but got home to discover chicken was wrong also. Potato wedges were nasty mac&cheese was too salty. And had to throw away half the chicken because we dont eat the white meat. Very disappointing it was a birthday dinner

They got my order quickly and had me pull to the side and wait for my food. After sitting for 8 mins they came out and told me the hadn't even dropped the chicken tenders. I was asked if I wanted to wait and was told it would be 4 mins. I have now been sitting here for at least 15 mins. I have been very patient but this is ridiculous

Wasn’t expecting amazing food or service because, let’s face it, it’s fast food. But DAMN! I ordered a pot pie and was met with “We’re out”. Not even a “sorry”. Top it off, the lady taking my order didn’t even smile, walked right past me twice as I waited to order saying “I’ll be with you”, and overall acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Just straight up rude. Food was about what I expected though so points there but I’m not coming back unless I’m REALLY craving a classic bowl or something. Thumbs down.

This KFC was horrible... I ordered a pot pie and of course they was out... and then I ordered potato wedges they was awful tasted like they just reheated them and the cashier Lynnda was very unfriendly and rude she shouldn't even work with the public she never smiled once acted like she didn't want to be there then we precede to go sit down the first table we chose was dirty thank goodness the next one was clean . But he floors was nasty now there was Noone in there when we went in someone could have been cleaning tables and sweeping the nasty floor ...as we started to eat the staff began arguing amongst themselves... the manager and owner needs to clean this place up or shut it down...I would give zero stars if I could...
Went in for take out after receiving coupons. Went inside the store and the lady at the counter told everyone it would be a 30 to 45 minutes wait for chicken. After sending out coupons, they have no chicken ready. Couldn't even order. One of the most poorly ran restaurants in this county hands down.

Food was okay. Disappointed because my husband asked for butter and honey at the window and the guy said yeah I just put some in the bag. No he sure didn’t. Got home and not a single one in there lol. Sometimes you just gotta laugh. Also the chicken I wish was fresh I could tell it wasn’t but whatever my expectations of any fast food place are pretty low anyway! Sides where okay and biscuits were not hard so that was a plus. Husband said when he picked up the food everyone was acting sus tho so idk about that but anyway….. prob won’t be back.
