Ordered online delivery on 07/06/2025.
I took a bite of my pizza and realized it had NO SAUCE on it. Not on our cheese pizzas hardly, not ANY on our pepperoni pizzas. I took photos for proof. I am livid. I will be getting my money back. I'm calling first thing in the morning!

Very dissapointing food, undercooked..doughy, had to bake a little more when i got it home.

Afternoon group seem to always mess up a order 🙄 5weeks strong refund will not fix this issue I just want to get my food with out having to guess my food or wait any longer to fix the mess ups I just want my order done right the first go around I should have checked even after the individual checked it

Horrible... nobody wants to help or knowledge people up front ... employees wants to sing and dance instead of work and help they want to horse play

Ordered online 14 minutes before I arrived at the location… and waited about 10 minutes before they asked me my name (nobody was around and nobody was waiting) they didn’t start making my order until I got to the store…. Why offer an online option or even have a door bell if you don’t pay attention to the things

This location in Shelbyville advertises hot and ready pizza, but every time I have went in and ordered you have a wait time of 15 minutes to 1 hour wait. The food is great but they need to take all the hot and ready off their menu, they are false advertising.

This is disgusting and our town deserves better than this from our restaurants. Not only that every time that I request light cheese they never follow directions and it's checked regular cheese with two checkmarks on the side of the box every time. They disregard any special request and lot customer service.
