We arrived at 730 pm all lights looked off I get out to check the door and the lady inside yelled out I'm trying to mop and here comes some people. Pretty sure she was cussing us. I opened the door she never looks up and there was bags of trash in the lobby floor she was supposed to be mopping. I turned around and left. Not a word from her or anyone behind the counter. Worst thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Period and I'm 58 Fyi we came from Frankfort ky just eat at Long John silver s because we don't have one in Frankfort. Need a say more

Pulled in at 7:24 on a Monday, we drove from out of town because we don't have a Long John Silvers, we walked up to the door there was a women mopping, she yelled loud enough we could hear her outside, I'm trying to mop and here comes people. The made it clear we were not welcome. So we left, I wonder how the owner feel about her running off customers.

This is the best Long John’s Silver’s. The people that work here make this better than any fast food restaurant around. They are always friendly and it’s always so clean. The food is always great whatever we get. Make sure you ring the bell 🛎️ on your way out because these employees work very hard . Amazing LJS in Shelbyville Ky

Horrible food 2 weeks in a row. Chicken burnt. Stay away. Tried again 2 years later and still rude people and old food. $6.10 for 2 nuggets. Also seems to be the only restaurant I’ve ever been to that makes you come inside when placing a mobile order off there app. I understand door dash and stuff but not their own app??

This staff is always friendly, restaurant is clean, food comes out fast, hot and fresh. There are plenty of condiments available in the dining area and napkins on the table. This LJS is how they all used to be, but hard to find one like this anymore. You can't ask for more than this out of a fast food joint.
Just left there, and had to write a positive review. Pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly voice, not sure of her name, but the back of her shirt said Shannon. The food was fresh and hot and the wait time was good! Thank you

The staff here is very friendly and personable making for a very pleasant visit. The food was prepared quickly and was hot upon delivery. There are few Long John Silvers near me so it's nice to have such a clean and welcoming restaurant to visit.

This place was so clean. Food was awesome. It's been years since I had eaten at LJS. A bit pricey from what I remember but what isn't! The chicken and waffle fries so good! Cheese bites DELICIOUS and not greasy! My son got the sampler and said it was awesome!
