This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I placed a curbside pick up and waited 30 minutes just for my order to get to me. Not only this but on multiple occasions they have left items out of my order. The service takes forever and the building is not well ran in the morning .

When someone orders food in advance on the app for drive through pickup, please don’t make them pull up and wait in a reserve spot. And then the 6 cars that pulled up after me get their food before I do. Something’s wrong there. *Next day Update* Same exact thing happened. Smh. Y’all suck.

To be fair, there’s no way they could have anticipated someone ordering an egg McMuffin at 9 AM, I should have expected to be parked. EDIT: and it was cold that’s crazy.

Waited 10 min at the speaker in drive through while 6 cars in the other lane went through before anyone addressed me. Then they couldn’t find my order (which was verified to be at the right location and pickup method (drive through))
